I ordered online. I arrived just after the time the online ordering system said it would be ready. I was told it wasn't ready. The guy who walked in right after me left with his feed ten minutes before my food was ready. Just not cool Qdoba. Not cool in any reality.
A painful visit, no chicken and my daughter had to wait so we paid with our order. We were not given our receipt so when we came back for it after every eat already it turned into an ordeal. Long story short they looked up the receipt asked for our Drivers license to match to our debt card etc. I felt more like a criminal. And apparently, they forgot to give us 2 of our drink cups that we didn't need anymore. By the way, this was my daughter's birthday.
