We ordered two salads using the Qdoba app, and when they arrived, they were missing the tortilla shell and salad dressing. When I called the restaurant to ask about the missing items, the man on the phone said, “We’re out of them, so we just didn’t give you one.” No apology or refund. So if you decide to visit here, I suggest doing so only in person, as you will be able to change your mind on your order if they’re out of something, instead of just being given whatever they feel like giving you.

Horrible experience—I could not get a properly wrapped burrito, it failed twice. I also was charged twice and the staff had no idea how to give me a refund. Are you kidding me?! Now there’s a double charge for a meal that is falling apart.

One of the nicest fast food places around. They're well staffed and get everything out quickly. It's as fresh and clean as you're going to get at a Qdoba. It's oddly cold in there sometimes but if that helps the service people stay comfortable then it's totally worth it.
Vegetarian options: The fajita veggies are pretty crisp and tasty.
If youre going to skimp on my portions then reduce the prices. There goes the tip as well. Back to Chipotle. Better tasting anyway.

The lady seemed a bit rude and when I asked for extra stake I just got a half sloop and I asked can you put a bit more stake and I only got like 1 piece extra.

Two of those working tonight were very nice. The man that greeted me and got me started was not so great. Asked him what he liked and said “I’ve worked here long enough that I don’t like anything” Not a great way to go about talking to guests. Didn’t get his name but this was on 7/2/24. Food as always is decent. His attitude was not very great though. And he clearly wasn’t trying to be funny. I think he may need to find something else to do.
