Apparently if you order a simple breakfast burrito and take out a simple ingredient, they don’t know what is going on and just get rude about fixing it. 😂 I’m not even mad it’s just sad how they don’t understand how to do their job with a slight change 😂 20 minutes in the drive thru, another 15 inside trying to get them to make it right. What a joke. Asked no cheese. They re made it again. And put cheese in it again. First time here was definitely the last. Learn how to understand English if you are going to serve Arvada.

Customer Service is horrible. I said I would pay extra for salsa. The kid with the mask who was coaxed by the women in the back not to give me anything I even paid extra. The kid acted like We had a disease couldn't touch the bag. I've been here multiple times I like the food but the people suck! These people need to learn customer service ! So disappointed! UGLY

They’ve done my order wrong 4 times of the last 7 times I’ve went. It’s annoying spending money just to get the wrong food when all I do is ask for green salsa instead of red.. I get the cheese enchiladas and the cheese isn’t even melted half the time and I know they just throw it in the microwave! I go out of the way to go to the Raliberto’s on Wadsworth. Their food is way better than this location and they rarely mess up my order. The younger teen male worker seems to be the only friendly one as well.
