Ordered the turkey burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and side of mayo. Came without the mayo which the server went back to get. She dropped it off at the table and before I could tell her that I still needed silverware and a napkin she was gone. Servers weren't returning for a while so I walked up to the bar and asked for the needed items. "Oh sure." was the response but they didn't come.
