Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We visited this Red Robin (7460 W 52nd Ave, Arvada, CO 80002) for dinner tonight, and our server Carissa (sp?) was fantastic! She was super attentive , friendly, and efficient. Overall, a great experience!

So I looked up places online with $10 deals and Red Robin's website poped up with a deal. So we choose to go there. When we went to order the waiter said he wasn't familiar with the deal so we showed him Red Robin's website deal. He got the manager. We showed the manager the deal. (The deal was 1 of 3 gourmet burgers, unlimited fries and unlimited drink for $10) the manager. He agreed to honor the deal. So we ordered 2 of the $10 meals. A short time later the manager showed back up and said the deal on the website was 3 years old and looking again he was right. So Red Robin's keeps OLD deals on there website but the manager agreed to still honor the deal. So the meal was fine but when the check came in the bill was $32 for 2 $10 meals. I requested the manager again, when he showed up he said he discounted the meal but that the drinks were not included i checked the website again and it clearly says the drinks where included as pic shows. In short Red Robin's should not keep 3 year old deals on there website and if a manager says they will honor it then they should honor the entire deal not just part of it with out telling u what they won't honor. When I go somewhere to eat expecting to spend $20 and they swindle u out of twice the much doesn't sit well with me. Chili's has a $10 meal and they stick to it and I pay what I'm expecting to pay

If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. We were seated fairly quickly, but that’s where the service completely ended. After being sat, not a single staff member acknowledged us. No greeting, no water, not even a glance of recognition. Over the course of 15 minutes, at least five different employees walked past our table. Some even served the table right next to us, clearly seeing us sitting there, but deliberately ignored us. We kept waiting, hoping someone would stop by, but it never happened. Eventually, we gave up and left, frustrated and disappointed. This was without a doubt the worst service experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Jacob had awesome service and a great attitude. Keep him around. Very helpful.

We had phenomenal service from Carissa! Great, yummy food. However, watch the uo charges here. Up charges (gluten free buns, sweet potato fries, onion ring, made our 3 burgers and 3 soft drinks $77!

Friendly service and good food. Our order was delivered very fast. Bathrooms could have used a touch up.

Amber gave us fantastic service and the food/ drinks were great!

Has an issue with Uber Eats at this location. Russ, the manager was beyond kind and helpful when Uber wasn’t. We will be coming to the store directly to support from here on out.

Red Robin used to be a pretty solid staple but my last couple of meals here were awful and I don't think I'll be coming back. I think it's just been hollowed out like most corporate chains.

The gluten free pizzas here are already overpriced, but it's the only place I trust with my celiac. However, even tho Im still paying over 22$ for a pizza they decided to shrink sizes. I picked up a gluten free pizza half the size of what I usually get FOR THE SAME PRICE. Also why bother allowing customers to ask for sauces, when they have never once given me what is supposed to come with my order

Pretty consistent with quality and accuracy. Good with gluten free items. Rarely have to wait and prices are reasonable. Great alternative to fast food!

Amber was just outstanding, one of the best servers I've seen. She fast attentive, fast and kind.
She took care of a table of 12 easily and everything was ok spot!
