Rib City - Arvada

Anytime I order a to go order they get it wrong. If we sit in the restaurant it is fine orders are correct, service is attentive and friendly. But without fail take-out always makes a mistake with the order. And I don't mean forgets the bread. I mean multiple sides missing, an entire entree missing, or completely wrong entree provided. It's amazing how wrong our orders are given that the menu isn't exactly complex.

This is the last Rib City in the Denver metro and in my opinion it's excellent. Not fancy, just clean, welcoming and good food. Traveled from the other side of the city, those down south have closed, just to get my fix. Highly recommend.

Five stars, strongly recommend.
We ordered for pick up. All of the food was perfect.
The server at the front desk was very polite and answered all our questions. She seemed to have everything in order.
The meal was packaged well with very satisfying portions. The flavor was amazing.
I will definitely be back and hope to dine in to get the full experience.

Service was great! Place is nice but the food was less then mediocre.. never had a more dry babyback rib before in my life.. the St. Louis style rib was better but not by much.. Thank you to our server though.. she was amazing made the poor experience with the food a bit more bearable..

The Ribs, Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, and Fried Okra were all Fantastic here. Unfortunately the BBQ beef was tasteless and the pulled pork was average.
The service here, was phenomenal, the staff helped a lot when it came to the food selection options for my wife, as she has an unfortunate allergy. They were kind, respectable, and attentive.
All in all, I will be coming back to this resturant for more ribs! And to get excellent service again!

Not what it used to be, got a DRY baked potato in a to go order, luke warm onion rings and ribs...used to be the bomb, not sure I'll go back especially for the price.
