Was checking out at the self check out because they don't have cashiers no more and the debit machine was not working tried to ask for help from an associate walking by and the response I get is not my department and walks away. Sams club has really gone down. Worst customer service ever.

I got talked into a plus membership for the free shipping on out of stock items when we were signing up for our membership. It's been an absolute nightmare. Stuff gets delivered to the wrong address by UPS and then sams treats me like I stole something and makes the entire process awful to the point I get frustrated and go through the credit card company instead. They then apparently think that makes me a problem customer so I can't do online returns at all and every time I order something to the address on the membership they want me to prove I am me. How does that work? I am on my computer at my house which is also the address on the account and you think I am somehow not me? It's just one slap in the face after another. You screwed up my orders and then treat me like a criminal for a service I paid for. I paid you 150 bucks or whatever it was and got so frustrated with orders that I just stopped buying stuff from sams. I would cancel but they want to force me to go to the store, more controlling over reach and I just won't do it. How many hoops should a customer have to go through for something they paid for? You're supposed to jump through hoops, not me. Horrible place and I tell everyone I can about it.

I frequent this place quite often. It is conveniently located right off of the highway and easy to get to. It is also in the same parking lot as a lot of other popular stores, which is great because then you can get a lot of shopping done all at once. I love that they have their own gas station as well! As of yesterday, regular unleaded fuel was down to $2.39 a gallon. Most of the other places in the Arvada/Golden area are $2.79-$2.99 a gallon. When you walk inside, an attendant greets you and offers you a cart. Just like Costco, you show them your membership card before you can get in. They have a vision center, a tire center, a jewelry section, and a pharmacy. They have a large variety of offerings and I can almost always find exactly what I am looking for. Their prices are lower than Costco for the same items, which is really nice. The store is organized and clean as well. They do not have as many items as Costco, but I have always been satisfied with what they do offer. I also have a Costco card just because I do like the option of shopping at both places though. They make some really beautiful desserts at a great price and have lots of fresh pre-made meals you can just heat up for a convenient dinner. Sam's Club is turning into more of a self-checkout type of place which is disappointing. They always have more self-checkout lanes and maybe 1 or 2 cashier lanes open. Unless you grab an empty box along your shopping trip or bring your own large bags, all of your purchased items will go directly back in your cart. I do like how Costco at least will box your items up at checkout so you can easily put them in your vehicle. When I shop here it is never overly busy, which I like since it makes it quick to get in and out of there. Overall, I like shopping here and saving money by purchasing in bulk.

While at the Sam's Club check-out, it puts you into close proximity to the "café " area. I didn't eat at their café, can't rate the food. I shopped at Sam's, and I was very disappointed with the goods they have. It can't come close to the variety and quality at Costco. I only found one brand of chicken sausage. The same marrow variety of dips for the chips. It appeared to be low-staffed. At Costco, there are associates everywhere. In the end, I was very disappointed. I doubt that I will renew my membership there. I'll just stick to shopping at Costco.Parking: There is plenty of handicap parking.

Everyday I call the cafe to ask if the frozen yogurt machine is working and the lady laughs at me. The Littleton sams is always in service and in stock for pizza. If you don't want to work just transfer to a greeter. But please don't deny the general public pizza and ice cream because you are too dang lazy to make a pizza or whatever. This has been a problem for months. Corporate please get these people a bigger pizza stock and a new frozen yogurt machine

This place is definitely smaller than others, but that didn't make it any less of a maze to navigate for stuff. They also have military flags up out front, not something you see every day.Though they have a rough idea of where things are, there was always stuff in an entirely different location from where it would expected to be. They also had a lot of abandoned carts littering the joint, making it like unwanted obstacle course. Then you get to books, and luckily (in spite of it being smaller) it is hella organized. There was even a vendor for Anderson that apparently works it for the Club, dude was helpful for that area at least, so props to him.

Good deals on stuff, their pretzel is better than I expected, but costco does hot dogs and pizza better and more consistently

was in their on a Friday many of their refrigerated cases were empty. also their premade dishes had mold. clearly something was happening at the store. just feel like the food is subpar from this establishment in comparison to other big box stores.

I come to big box stores to shop, not be hounded for satellite TV and AT&T cell service. I don't appreciate being heckled while shopping. Stop!

I was told they were checking membership cards at the door because "homeless people try to come in and they don't belong here". I wish I had the employee's name, but regardless of who it was, if this is what they are trained to say, this location needs some new management and retraining!!
