This is the best vegan ramen I think I’ve ever tried. Unfortunately the bowl I ordered came with an egg even though I ordered the vegan veggie ramen. I just scooped it out as none of the yoke got into the broth. It was disappointing ordering explicitly vegan, but not arriving as such. I’m conflicted because the broth was delicious and it was packed with bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and corn. The noodles were nice and chewy and it was topped with soft tofu. You could also modify your bowl to have garlic and spicy. I got both mods and I think I would get it spicy again but no garlic. The both has plenty of flavor without it. I would recommend that are very explicit when asking for vegan. Make sure you say no egg Updated from previous review on 2025-12-14

First ramen place I’ve been to in the Denver area I would recommend! Had the tonkatsu with black garlic, the char siu had a nice smokiness, noodles were chewy and the broth was 💯.

A Cozy Pre-Show Delight
We stopped by last night before heading to the Arvada Center for a play, and wow—what a perfect pre-show meal. The ramen was absolutely wonderful: rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and the black garlic hit all the right notes.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The young woman taking care of us was a whirlwind of efficiency and grace. She was juggling takeout orders, cleaning tables, taking orders, and delivering food—all while keeping a calm, friendly demeanor. It was impressive to watch, and made the whole experience feel even more welcoming.

Whether you're grabbing a quick bite before a show or just craving a solid bowl of ramen, this spot delivers. We'll definitely be back.

I just got my ramen delivered. This has to be the worst ramen I have ever had. I ordered the Seafood Ramen. The squid and mussels were both stinky and fishy- truly awful. The shrimp was ok but I ordered medium spice. This had no flavor at all. Totally bland and basically inedible. I will never order from this place again. I think I'll order a pizza. What a horrible experience.

The broth was good and the addition of black garlic is a bonus. I was disappointed to find that they did not serve sake or takoyaki. They have metal chopsticks and if your used to wooden ones this may be annoying because they are slick and round and just don't feel right. Pork in the ramen seemed to be tenderloin and would be a lot better if it was pork belly. The egg was a bit on the hard boiled side and I would suggest taking a minute off the boiling time before placing in ice bath. My suggestion to the owner would be to get some pork belly and sake if you truly wanna step your ramen game up and be more than mediocre.

They had tasty Tonkatsu Ramen and Gyoza. I would recommend trying this place out. They have a few other Japanese dishes that I'm interested in trying.
