Take-out is always great here! Fresh and ready when I come to pick it up. The staff is friendly and polite and the ramen is just delicious. Even my picky kids like it! The tonkatsu broth is creamy but flavorful and the yakisoba is yummy too! I've never eaten inside but the atmosphere is calming and pretty quiet each time I've been in to pick up our order.

My Fiancée and I love ramen (big ramen heads). We were in town and thought we’d give Sasuke Ramen a try and had the Miso Vegan Ramen. Wow! What a phenomenal vegan ramen, one of the best we’ve had. Will definitely be back.

Been coming here on and off for about two years now. I’ll say the food is good but the customer service is terrible. The old woman cashier is just off putting. You walk in the door and instead of greeting you, she just mean mugs you, doesn’t say anything when you approach the counter, then when you try to order she’s rude af. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. Maybe get better customer service. They’ve also been short staffed for at least a year which either they don’t want to hire anyone else or they’re using that as an excuse for poor service.But the food is good. They’re egg rolls are too oniony though.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The ramen and fried chicken were amazing and the staff were kind and professional. The restaurant itself is cool and clean as well. Overall a great spot to get authentic Tonkotsu Ramen in Arvada.

Ordered their Chicken Karaage appetizer and Tonkotsu Ramen. The Karaage was great! Juicy and seasoned well but as for the Ramen, it tasted nothing like Tonkotsu. It was very watered down and very disappointed that they only serve their ramen eggs as hard boiled and not traditionally soft boiled (didnt help that they show their ramen with a soft boiled egg in the menu)I was hungry and I wasnt going to waste my time sending it back to be redone, especially since they have it posted on their door and inside that they are understaffed. But overall i didnt bother to finish all of my noodles and drink the broth.Ive been looking for a ramen spot near me that does it right and tonights experience tells me that Im not going to be making Sasuke Ramen my "First" choice.Overall, 3 stars for my tonights visit.Parking: Its typical shopping center Parking lot

Don’t even think about trying to go here within an hour of their “closing time”. Woman inside turned off the lights when she saw us headed inside 30 minutes before closing, then turned them back on and ran to her car. Ridiculous. Change your hours of operation and don’t waste people’s time. Not the first time they’ve done this. Fool me once.
