I've tried twice now after a pretty bad first experience, because I wanted to like this place...but i don't think i'll do a third. The first time we went, our "hot" sandwiches were cold like, not lukewarm but maybe 10 mins out of the fridge cold. There was no ranch on my boyfriend's, and both of our sandwiches were thrown together - everything was just spilling out.Last night, I got a sub craving and saw that Silver Mine had way better prices compared to nearby sub shops (besides Subway which I worked at for too long to justify paying for). So we decided to try again. I got the Monster sub, a cold sub. My boyfriend got their chicken, bacon, ranch again, and again, his chicken and bacon were cold, and after a few bites he goes, "wasn't there suppose to be ranch on this?". Totally dry. Mine was really good actually, and both sandwiches were much less jumbled messes this second time, but why is it so hard to make the meat in the hot sandwiches at least warm? We have been there within 5 mins of the pickup time, so they didn't cool off that fast. And what is up with with the withholding of the ranch? The people are nice, somewhat lost and clueless the first visit, but nice. But theres too many other sub shops that seem to be on point near by, even if i do have to fork over another dollar or two.

Just had this place for the first time got the dodge city sandwich 5stars on this sub Also the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly I will be driving out of my way for this shop. ?

Horrible customer service!! Just terrible!! From the associate who answered the phone to the manager who tried to solve the issue...WORST experience ever. Infuriatingly bad!!

I absolutely love Silver Mine. Their subs are delicious and perfectly balanced. I adore the Georgetown and the Tombstone and their soup and chili are always scrumptious. The staff is always super friendly and helpful too. Great place for a quick bite or to get food to go.

Just ordered a turkey sub, more mayo than turkey, and I did ask for lite mayo. Still decent sub and also it was my first time during lunch hour.
