I only ordered a grape slush. I asked for less syrup and it was perfect. Quick service.
This place has really stepped it up recently more employees and speedy service. I really like the blt toaster
I don’t think any of the staff can read obviously they can’t follow direction. It must be the reason why they’re working fast food. it’s impressive how much they actually messed up a simple order. The lettuce that was on my chicken sandwich was brown. I would say another hour or two it would be completely decomposed. It’s absolutely ridiculous. How much they messed up a simple order ordered a route 44 got a kid size missing half of my order. And all of the things I received in my order were not made per request definitely will not be going back. They seriously need to work on quality control, and literacy.
I’m sad they took all of the menus from the car hop parking spaces and that’s no longer an ordering option 😔 also they don’t follow the apps direction as far as how to operate mobile orders and what to do once you arrive .. but at the end of the day, they have half priced shakes after 5pm and we LOVE their ice cream 😍😛🍨🤤🍦(except for their other floats!!!🥴🙅🏼♀️😷😳😬🫣🤫!) -and they still have that at least, lol so we can’t complain too much!!!
I'm so tired of fast food places forgetting items they up-charge for. Ordered an Ultimate Breakfast Burrito with Jalapeños added (+.80) and ended up with a jr breakfast burrito with no tots and no Jalapeños in the burrito. I'm about 99% convinced this is how fast food stays profitable...and might not be the fault of the employees. Employees are probably trained to forget these impossible to detect mistakes until the meal is home, getting cold, or half gone while trying to enjoy time with your family. The only saving grace to this place was the Cherry Limeade. Very disappointed.
I walked up to order, but their order screen is broken. Their
intercom system is so distorted so they couldn't understand me, or maybe it was because they don't speaka da anglish. I had eaten at a Sonic many years ago, and all the food was greasy , but I thought I would try them again. But gave up, and walked away, never to return, even though I am across the street.
I pulled in with a pretty large order for the family, bit it was pretty late at night closer to Sonics closing time so expectedly there was minimal staff, yet from the time I placed my order to the time the car hop brought my order to the car was less then 10 minutes!! I couldnt believe it! The car hop was exceptionally friendly with a warm welcoming smile. The food was SO fresh that upon arrival at my house which is a 12 minute drive...the food was still piping hot! Definitely reccomend! Fresh hot food, and fast friendly service! 5 stars!

The kitchen is closed at 11:30 pm.. I would hope you intend to fix your posted hours. Or at least let people know you don't serve the last 30mins of being open. You're only open to try and compete with Jack in the box.
1/28/2025. I tried to give this a e another chance. Only to have to argue with Andrea the manager,over the phone. I tried to explain that I was in a much bigger vehicle than Wat they allow thru. Tried to place my order over the phone but she not only refused to listen to the problem but also tried to offer th same solution that we already tried. Then she proceeded to tell me how to place an order, like I'm a foreigner altho I'm a native to Colorado. She then decided to talk over me again Everytime I tried to explain we wouldn't fit. I will never come to this sonic EVER again. At first I thought, well maybe. But of course I should have known. So now not only did I NOT get some dinner but not even a drink. (Which is all I was trying to order) And this so called manager hung up on me after all of this.
I use to work fast food. And even tho this is a good place to eat, this location always seems to have problems wit the employees NOT knowing how to do their job wit poor customer services skills. At least they got rid of some of their employed druggies. Instead they traded them in for barely English speaking employees. Not any better. Pretty sad that someone as rude as this young lady can actually have a job in a customer service roll. And how did she make management????? What has America stooped to?? This location needs to be closed down already

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic location on Sheridan in Arvada. My order was completely miscommunicated, and the employee (a girl with pink hair) made me feel like it was my fault for their mistake. There was no effort to fix the situation or offer any form of compensation. I’m still waiting for my Sprite when I originally asked for a large fry. This level of service is unacceptable, and I’ll be reconsidering whether to return to this location.

They have really gone downhill. Cold food, cashier just assumed i didn't want change back and worst of all they've changed the base ingredient in their slushy/limeade and put them in terrible cups

one of the worst sonics ever, they took over an hour for 2 burgers and a side and i still never got my order. employees are lazy and rude. food always comes out so bad and they mess up so many orders.
