I pulled in with a pretty large order for the family, bit it was pretty late at night closer to Sonics closing time so expectedly there was minimal staff, yet from the time I placed my order to the time the car hop brought my order to the car was less then 10 minutes!! I couldnt believe it! The car hop was exceptionally friendly with a warm welcoming smile. The food was SO fresh that upon arrival at my house which is a 12 minute drive...the food was still piping hot! Definitely reccomend! Fresh hot food, and fast friendly service! 5 stars!

The kitchen is closed at 11:30 pm.. I would hope you intend to fix your posted hours. Or at least let people know you don't serve the last 30mins of being open. You're only open to try and compete with Jack in the box.
1/28/2025. I tried to give this a e another chance. Only to have to argue with Andrea the manager,over the phone. I tried to explain that I was in a much bigger vehicle than Wat they allow thru. Tried to place my order over the phone but she not only refused to listen to the problem but also tried to offer th same solution that we already tried. Then she proceeded to tell me how to place an order, like I'm a foreigner altho I'm a native to Colorado. She then decided to talk over me again Everytime I tried to explain we wouldn't fit. I will never come to this sonic EVER again. At first I thought, well maybe. But of course I should have known. So now not only did I NOT get some dinner but not even a drink. (Which is all I was trying to order) And this so called manager hung up on me after all of this. I use to work fast food. And even tho this is a good place to eat, this location always seems to have problems wit the employees NOT knowing how to do their job wit poor customer services skills. At least they got rid of some of their employed druggies. Instead they traded them in for barely English speaking employees. Not any better. Pretty sad that someone as rude as this young lady can actually have a job in a customer service roll. And how did she make management????? What has America stooped to?? This location needs to be closed down already

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic location on Sheridan in Arvada. My order was completely miscommunicated, and the employee (a girl with pink hair) made me feel like it was my fault for their mistake. There was no effort to fix the situation or offer any form of compensation. I’m still waiting for my Sprite when I originally asked for a large fry. This level of service is unacceptable, and I’ll be reconsidering whether to return to this location.

Sonic has dramatically changed sense I reviewed their burgers back in the Summer of 2008. My initial complaint concerns the food quality rather than inflation of price compared to value. Indeed times have changed the cost for quality has increased and Sonic provides the value of several non-comparable menu items against some restaurant chains. My order is always and shall consistently be the same item; hello I would like to order a green hatch chili burger served on Texas toast, yes ,I would like a medium onion ring, could you give me at several sides of barbecue sauce and ranch dressing? Comparative back then to what I receive as onion rings today has caused me much grief as I can taste sugar in the batter, as for my hamburger with cheese. To the Baker of breads; it don't taste the same. I don't visit Sonic's often these days unless the only option is the basic fast food Giants that I have always detested
This sonic is super close to my house so I’ve ordered from here a few times both DoorDash and in person. This location, they would have you think each sauce cup comes directly out of the employees paycheck. Doesn’t matter is you specifically ask for a certain amount you’re lucky to get two cups regardless of what you have ordered. Ultimately i’m sure it’s the decision of some cheap general manager or regional manager but like….its sauce just give it out it’s not the end of the world. Cheap ah

Go here all the time for their breakfast burritos winter today and they just slapped a bunch of things in my tortilla pretty sure the sausage was from this morning the lady that answered the phone wanted to argue with me telling me that's my own personal opinion and there's nothing she can do about it I don't recommend this Sonic at all zero Stars

Arrived at 11:51 pm and when we pulled up whoever was working turned the lights off and didn’t answer the drive thru I called and it was just busy assuming they took the phone off the ringer if the hours have change update them or if your open till midnight stay open till midnight

Disappointed went there the other day and ordered a refresh Red Bull drink and there was not even bread bull. Inside of it, and it was made wrong.
