This is the better Sprouts for me. They have everything I need/want.

The produce here is really good and the store never seems to be crowded. The prices are good too!

I used to hate going in here just because it's not exactly what I grew up with, but the vibe in there is super chill and just shopping in there makes me feel like I'm healthier, LOL. Every single staff member goes above and beyond and is super super nice and helpful. You don't have to feel stupid asking them for things, they're happy to help every single time. I love it in there now.
The store is attractive to behold and very inviting, and they have a large variety of several items that you won't find most other places. They run about the same as everybody else as far as prices go, so you're not paying an arm and a leg to get yourself in better health.
Go check it out if you haven't yet.

Terrible phone service I called about an item that was not online for some reason left on hold 30 minutes until I hung up disrespectful to a customer willing to pay for their over-priced groceries.

Great store with great selection. Found all I needed and more

The deli has terrible service! They take forever to help you and they don't go in order you could stand there all day and they don't care!

Went into sprouts to get a sandwich from the deli and Joanna (I hope I remembered and spelled her name right) was so nice and helpful! It’s rare to experience good customer service especially when unexpected. So thank you Joanna for being so nice and friendly!

Particularly like the Sprouts on 64th. The produce seems to have just a little more variety and a little more freshness than others.

Sprouts has always been one of my favorite stores but after moving to this side of town I don't think I will visit this location anymore. The cashiers are always rude and unhappy and I visit multiple times a month. Today I intentionally waited in a different longer line because I didn't want to deal with the negativity from one specific cashier, and the next cashier needed to call a manager, the entire interaction was embarrassing and the manager was also rude. I'm assuming it was because I used an EBT card and there seemed to be additional training needed. In a time when grocery shopping is transitioning to pick-up and delivery is sad that this is how people are getting treated when they want to enjoy a traditional shopping experience.
