A couple days ago I went I got two croissants and one of them was accidentally cold. I called because I did not have time to go back and they offered to fix it whenever I came back. I ended up forgetting and coming back a couple days later and they still honored it so I’m very happy with the resolution of this and they handled it very well.

They never make my drink right. I always get an Iced Oatmilk matcha with cold foam…it’s either WAY too much matcha, no cold foam, not mixed well, or they forget the sweetener. Sometimes a combo. I couldn’t even drink the one I got today. Either the training is an issue here or the workers just don’t care. I won’t be back for a while.

I have been coming to this store on and off for the last few years and they have always been friendly. The staff here is great, they have gone through a lot of new people but it is noticeable that they still care. I was recognized by one of the workers and he remembered my drink! It shocked me because I hadn’t been there in a while. The staff here is super friendly! Thank you to the guys working Monday night!

Super confrontational guy works here named “Jeffrey” and totally lost it when I politely asked to remake my incorrect drink. He argued and yelled then remade it wrong again by adding at least 6 extra shots of espresso just to be spiteful so that I can’t drink it. Won’t be going here again ever…

Not sure what happened at the drive-thru today…repeated our order 3 times at the window and menu board. They still gave us the wrong drink and had some attitude when we asked for the correct drink

This is my neighborhood Starbucks location. Everytime I go in, I’m pleasantly surprised at the customer service. Jeffrey has to be one of the nicest, most personable baristas there. I’m not a big tipper, but when Jeffrey is there, I make sure to leave one.

Can you please work with the local police department to enforce basic traffic management? Too many cars make an illegal left turn from Indiana (south bound), passing an obvious Do Not Enter sign into your store and the gas station. My kids and several neighborhood kids walk to both stores.
