A couple days ago I went I got two croissants and one of them was accidentally cold. I called because I did not have time to go back and they offered to fix it whenever I came back. I ended up forgetting and coming back a couple days later and they still honored it so I’m very happy with the resolution of this and they handled it very well.
This location has blown me away. They are the most wonderful, honest, just amazing human beings. It’s not often that run into people like this, so don’t miss out on the location. Karma is real 😀 and Mary is an absolute gem and angel of a person.
I’ve been going to this Starbucks for almost 7 years. The baristas know me by name and make me feel like family! Jeffery and Mary are the highlights of my mornings and sometimes even early afternoons 🤍
