I usually order my drink ahead and just stop to pick it up in store because the drive up is usually pretty busy. I visited the day they were having their new holiday cup. I order the sugar cookie coffee and it delicious although really creamy due to the fact it's a breve style.

Somebody needs to inform the manager of this Starbucks that it is NOT flattering to get your customers’ names wrong.
There is no company policy that employees have to ask for customer’s names (I go to a lot of Starbucks). Yet, this location always insists on asking for names, but then follows up by writing the name down wrong. Every. Single. Time. Ten is not a human name. My name is not Ken or Tad either. And if I have a simple, one syllable American name and feel this way - just imagine how this makes people feel who actually have difficult to pronounce names.
Seriously - listen more closely and get it right. Or stop embarrassing yourselves by asking in the first place

I had a horrible experience at the Starbucks on 55th and Wadsworth they were completely rude so I decided to come here and TOTALLY different experience! I was in a hurry so I came through the drive thru and the girl who took my order was extremely nice and helped me with the simple request that was too much to handle for the other location, I came up to the window and autumn spoke with me and was very nice! I was in and out in a flash good work girls I will be coming back!!

I am a regular customer and have been for over three years at this specific location. Since the remodel and the new staff the quality and continuity of drinks has been subpar. Sometimes the drink tastes as expected and other times it tastes like sugary milk with zero coffee. When asked to remake drinks they are impatient and rude. Need more training.
