Been going to this location since 2017, and one early morning in November before I flew out for my grandma's funeral, I go to this location and was greeted like this "what do you want?" I gave him another chance and said "good morning" to which he replied "yeah, what do you want?" I said "nothing from you" and I left and will NEVER go back. This is highly unacceptable customer service, go somewhere else.

This is my favorite Starbucks. My home store. Coming here every day the crew gets to know me. I love it when I come in and they ask if I'm having my usual? Which usually am. My order is a lot! But they know just how I like it. They even put the leftovers from the drink into a small cup for me and add whip cream . I love it. Check out this shop!

This is my local Starbucks and it is by far the best Starbucks ever. The staff here is top notch amazing and always go above and beyond in their customer service, professionalism and friendliness. They always get my Matcha Tea exactly the way I ask for it and they are a perfect example of what all customer service should be. It was open early enough for me to stop before my 6am commute to work. The service was awesome. The barista was very friendly and I would go here again. On a whim I got a breakfast sandwich and it was meh as expected. I got it for the convenience and I'd probably do it again. I'll definitely stop at this location again.

My cashier looks like beth from the walking dead and willing to have a fun conversation. She made me smileVegetarian options: My picky little vegetarian loves their sourdough grilled cheese. And they give it to me under cook so I can heat it up when we get Home. Which was denied to me at another Store where they said they absolutely could not do that..... Very much appreciated as she's hard to feedKid-friendliness: Once the kids find out there's cake pops the parents are doomed?

The individual at the drive-through should probably not be in service and was nothing short of rude when they threw my food and drink at me and I'm not sure the etiquette these days when one is on a phone call but he she did nothing short of being rude.

I went to another Starbucks today and it was so bad I threw my coffee in the trash and came to this location. Lumin and the rest of the staff were amazing!! Super fast, friendly and made my pumpkin spice frap perfect. I really appreciate them, they even gave it to me for free to make up for the other location. This will definitely be the location I come to from now on.
The girl behind the counter was extremely rude to her coworkers and saying inappropriate things making my family here uncomfortable to be present in the store.

It just seems like all my places at home here in Denver, Colorado are always better. The baristas are pure super morning sweet, nice and very quick to hold this high volume of customers. They have a few tables inside and 3 outside. They do have an updated selection of cups and thermos available. The music is at a great level to get you rockin n rollin! I appreciate the great recommendation of trying the new White macadamia nut cold brew with foam. How delicious and dreamy my iced coffee really is today!
