I am an app delivery driver and I was greeted with the kindest 2 young ladies at the front counter. Most places I am cringed at as I walk in with my phone in hand 🤣 but the excellent customer service shown at this location was 5 stars and I feel welcomed to come in with my family ☺️ thank you for the kindness and professionalism❣️

Always been a fan of the coffee but not so much the shops as they're often hit or miss. This one is a definite hit and well ran. Everyone is always kind, friendly and attentive.

A little overwhelmed when we were there.
A little slow getting orders out but friendly staff.
I used to be a regular here, and now every time I go they always mess up my drink without fail. This time I got my hot tea and it was cold! It's usually easier to get into the drive-thru here as it goes pretty quick, but now I'm starting to understand why. Now I have to go to the other two Starbucks that are near me, but not as convenient as this location and wait in a longer line, but at least I know my drink will come out perfect every time. I don't know what the issue is or maybe if they're doing it on purpose because they don't like making my drink? But a hot tea is supposed to be hot and I'm pretty sure your trained on how to make the drinks and every time they forget to put in the sweetener or they make it with the wrong tea! Super frustrating when you're paying $8 for a drink. We'll go to 64th and Ward location or 66th and Wadsworth location from now on.
Don’t get me wrong I always come an never had and issue , today I order my original drink of coffee and I got over charged and I even asked the person why is it so “expensive “ he’s like while I have down what you ordered. Now mind you I get a venti white chocolate mocha and it’s about 7 and today I paid 11 . Do better Starbucks drive-through people !

We love this particular Starbucks. We've been to many including ones in Seattle and this location always gets our drinks right and they always taste amazing. We will travel across town just to get drinks from here. The drive-thru works are pretty awesome too.

Was just in need of some caffeine and thought I would grab a snack. I figured i would grab a breakfast sandwich something simple, and it was perfect.

When first entering, I was rushed to order than givin’ the time to select to product I wanted to select, was not greeted how ever other customers were greeted with open arms and smiles. When I did place my order everything went fine afterwords. 3 minutes later, I was notified by the barista and not the cashier that they did not have the proper ingredients to complete my beverage , I was offered to select a different beverage of my order. However they did not notify me if the beverage I originally ordered is the same price as the beverage I was forced to change to or if there is a price difference. Without offering a price difference compensation, refund or notified of the price of the beverages It is extremely unprofessional in the service, the greeting, the lack or ingredients to provide the correct order(s) and the alienations of customers that provide business to this establishment.

My car broke down in the drive thru. The staff helped me get my car out and to a safe spot. They checked on me and made sure I was OK. So grateful for good people like all of them.

We usually go through the drive through & Ryan is the best! We went in to the store about 2 weeks ago the woman who served us bland & rude at best...only because when our drinks were made they weren't made correctly & when the person who actually made them was apologetic & made them correctly she stayed in the background with an angry look on her face like we did something wrong & never apologized??? Never smiled....I understand people have bad days & Starbuck & orders can get crazy & complicated....we went in about 4 days ago different crew & no problems & apologized for the previous visit & person who made it uncomfortable.
