Super early in the morning, it’s so easy to be rude or crabby, but this staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming. Their positivity, kindness, and service truly put a smile on my face and set my mood for the rest of the day, enough so I felt inclined to leave this review. Others working in costumer service could learn a thing or two about positivity from this staff.

There’s one employee here that is absolutely on one about “can you tell me if it says ready for pickup on your mobile order.” Then scoffs or laughs if you say “well it said ‘ready for pickup in 3-6 minutes and it’s been 5.’” The line is either 0 cars or 12 cars long, you don’t need to start off everybody’s mornings being naggy.

The only Starbucks I’ve ever been at that acts like this.

Don’t place a to go order here unless you want to arrive and wait an additional 10 minutes after the estimated wait time. Watched the barista set aside my drink several times and work on other drinks. I when I brought it to their attention I order this drink 15-20 min ago and I asked for a different beverage. I was told this one right here we’re just finishing it up and then was presented with the original shaken ice tea I ordered. I was clearly upset- no apology for delay, no customer service, I don’t even feel what I said was heard. I get it you’re busy and overwhelmed but take 2 seconds to listen to the customer when they’re telling you they’re frustrated and how you could help resolve it for them.

Pleasant, fast counter service. Lots of seating and outlets to charge devices. Kinda crowded on a Friday afternoon. I took the last parking spot and I noticed someone after me parking along the curb.

There were some troubles with the coffee machine, so Nikki the manager, threw together a French Press to make me feel appreciated.

The entire team is thoughtful and fast. This is my favorite neighborhood cafe.

Thank you, SB Baristas!!! Shenanigans happened today between the time I confirmed my order online, and when I was able to pickup my order. I called in, explained that it would be more than 45min until I could pick up my order - and these baristas took care of me. When I arrived, I had a fresh order of coffee and a warm croissant waiting for me. Thank you for getting my back & taking care of me. When they say "I got you, don't worry" - they mean it. THANK YOU!!!

I placed my mobile order with the app, it said my drink would be ready in 5 mins. I got there right when it should be ready, the barista was working on a frap and I saw my drink ticket was next. After she finished the frap she skipped my ticket that had already been placed 10 mins ago and started making a different drink. I asked for a refund since they decided to ignore my drink order. I order almost every evening from this Starbucks, service is very spotty here. They usually only have my drink ready on time around 50% of the time. I wish there were another Starbucks closer to my house that I could use instead.

The drive thru was super fast. I got my drink almost instantly, and the customer service was super! I definitely recommend ordering from this location. The only sad part is the parking lot, right before turning into the drive thru there's this HUGE pothole, just beware.

Honestly my initial impression was great service great food super excited got myself a caffeine-free frappuccino for the first time ever. And I took it home. I had also got a puppuccino for my friend's dog that I'm watching. So I get home and I'm eating my frappuccino and halfway through I find a bug's leg. Totally grossed me out. I'm headed to work but I decided to bring it back tonight before work. When I brought it back I got a $4 off my next drink. All I can say is I don't know what a person would do, yet that wasn't enough. So I have $4 off of my next drink and I won't use it because I'm still really grossed out.

Even if you write your order down and UNDERLINE that it should be oat milk, they will STILL get it wrong nearly every time! So disappointing when your whole office gets to have coffee and you are left out because this place screws up. I've called and told management and nothing has changed.
