So I go inside to place my order because there's a long line at the drive-through. I ordered a standard hot latte and it took 16 min to get it. There were only 2 people in line before me.

Yes i enter Starbucks today to get coffee my third visit today to a Starbucks my first was to one Greenville ranch and one off of Peoria in aurora I am regular and a frequent visitor of Starbucks rewards app user and the agreement on app says free refills and I have been told by handful of employees at other Starbucks they no longer charge for refills I when bring this up was spoken to with high amount of disrespect got paternized for bring my other experiences up she then told me good luck I am also a suphidic/mazrim jew by blood and practicing rastafarian have leviticuls dreads i feel I was hit with antisemitic behavior based off my apperience

We never really write reviews but since we made it back into the area we’ve started going back to our favorite Starbucks. Tonight we came at 6:50 ish and Hudson ended up serving us our refresher and 5 pup cups and filled up my water bottle and he was soooo nice and amazing!! After the day I had the little bit of sunshine Hudson had shown us made my day! Thank you so so much Hudson!

Another watery warm iced americano with just a little ice floating in the top. Why do Starbucks baristas no longer know how to make iced americanos? They are regularly lukewarm and watery, and then they put extra cream in it making it just taste like watery cream and almost no coffee flavor. Many years ago I was a barista at Starbucks and there were specific instructions for how to make one that worked every time. Now they're just gross.

Best place never has their shit together too busy talking amongst each other instead of tending to customers I waited for 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru for them not to even know what my drink was this is unacceptable coming from someone who worked at Starbucks for 9 years I've never received such poor service at a Starbucks

Its clean but man they are slow inside. I waited 10 minutes and just left.
Unfortunately they prioritize the drive thru like many other stores.

By far the best Starbucks I've been to. I do live in Littleton and have only been to 4 other locations, but am up in Arvada from for a week. Even though I just got a pickup order, the store was nice and clean. The workers all greeted me, which Starbucks workers don't usually do(I mean as a fast food worker myself, it's really the bare minimum, but I digress). Now let's get to my coffee. I don't know if this store has a better roast, but my Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew was delectable. The roast tasted so much lighter and cleaner than my usual at other locations. The cold foam was perfect. It hit fr.

Super early in the morning, it’s so easy to be rude or crabby, but this staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming. Their positivity, kindness, and service truly put a smile on my face and set my mood for the rest of the day, enough so I felt inclined to leave this review. Others working in costumer service could learn a thing or two about positivity from this staff.

There’s one employee here that is absolutely on one about “can you tell me if it says ready for pickup on your mobile order.” Then scoffs or laughs if you say “well it said ‘ready for pickup in 3-6 minutes and it’s been 5.’” The line is either 0 cars or 12 cars long, you don’t need to start off everybody’s mornings being naggy.

The only Starbucks I’ve ever been at that acts like this.

Don’t place a to go order here unless you want to arrive and wait an additional 10 minutes after the estimated wait time. Watched the barista set aside my drink several times and work on other drinks. I when I brought it to their attention I order this drink 15-20 min ago and I asked for a different beverage. I was told this one right here we’re just finishing it up and then was presented with the original shaken ice tea I ordered. I was clearly upset- no apology for delay, no customer service, I don’t even feel what I said was heard. I get it you’re busy and overwhelmed but take 2 seconds to listen to the customer when they’re telling you they’re frustrated and how you could help resolve it for them.
