If you love small parking lots, a poorly placed drive-thru, and waiting for almost 30 minutes for your order, then this location if for you!!!!!!! And if you park and go in, good luck either finding a spot or hope the drive-thru line isn't blocking your spit, because it's usually so long it wraps the building and blocks half the parking spots. Staff is great! But just avoid this location and go to literally any of the other ones near here.

Drive thru is always fast and they’re really nice to you.
As always, with any Starbucks, it’s way too expensive. Not the location’s/worker’s fault though.

We had a large order....
The counter taking orders is deaf.
We ordered 11 drinks. Unfortunately due to her being deaf one was missed.
When the order was finished, the counter staff did not call our name even though he had asked us questions.
We watch customers with obvious cold picking up various orders to see if it was theirs...
Spreading their germs onto other orders...
So so disappointing.

I occasionally stop here before work, and several times, I have had to ask them to wipe off the cup that is somehow covered in sticky mess. This last time, the blonde girl literally took my cup , set it down, pretended to wipe it off, and then she handed me a still very sticky cup. Is it so hard to get a little customer service, the place wasn't even busy at 5:30am.

So I go inside to place my order because there's a long line at the drive-through. I ordered a standard hot latte and it took 16 min to get it. There were only 2 people in line before me.

Yes i enter Starbucks today to get coffee my third visit today to a Starbucks my first was to one Greenville ranch and one off of Peoria in aurora I am regular and a frequent visitor of Starbucks rewards app user and the agreement on app says free refills and I have been told by handful of employees at other Starbucks they no longer charge for refills I when bring this up was spoken to with high amount of disrespect got paternized for bring my other experiences up she then told me good luck I am also a suphidic/mazrim jew by blood and practicing rastafarian have leviticuls dreads i feel I was hit with antisemitic behavior based off my apperience

We never really write reviews but since we made it back into the area we’ve started going back to our favorite Starbucks. Tonight we came at 6:50 ish and Hudson ended up serving us our refresher and 5 pup cups and filled up my water bottle and he was soooo nice and amazing!! After the day I had the little bit of sunshine Hudson had shown us made my day! Thank you so so much Hudson!
