Last time I was here MARY (cashier) was very sweet and made sure my drinks were put in properly. The reason for thr 3/5 stars is that 90% of the time I have caramel dripping down the side of my frappuccino. The parking lot is always packed and if the drive through is packed, good luck getting out. 2 weeks ago I waited 45 minutes from when my order was taken to drink in hand. It was a ZOO. I understand things happen and rushes come and go, but it's happened more than once. It didn't help that there were only 3 people working. (1 cashier, 1 drive through and 1 at the bar). This comes from someone who was a manager at a Starbucks awhile back. I felt their pain, they were hustling!

We ordered 3 drinks and NONE of them were made right. It's pretty hard to mess up caramel Frappuccino but they managed to.

Usually when I go here it's totally fine. But today 1/25 I go up to the window and I'm not greeted at all. No "how are you?" Or "hello". I don't know what was up with the worker this morning but it's quite annoying to deal with. Talk to your customers.

Placed drive-through order when reached the window the worker wearing a pink top was not so nice! I asked for a fork for egg white bites! As the work went to get the fork she rolled her eyes and came back with a spoon that’s not the issue it’s the fact that the worker gave such dirty looks for me asking for a utensil!

This Starbucks more than half of the time is either always extremely late with mobile orders, or dosent make them at all. More than three times I have placed a mobile order well ahead of time, gone in the morning before work, and the order isnt made well past the time it says its going to be ready. And then when you approach the counter, they say “oh I didnt even see your order.”Don’t order mobile here if you have somewhere to be on time, like work. You will be late.

Made my nieces coffee wrong!! Come on take time & do it right!! For the prices we pay I think everyone forgets service is FREE!!Service has improved so much & the drinks have been made so much better & are flavorful
