If I could put 0 stars I would. I don’t know how this man still has a job here. My coworker tells me stories about him all the time how he’s rude inconsiderate and obviously doesn’t like his job. Well today I witnessed it myself. My boyfriend and I walked up and right away he rolls his eyes turns away and let out a huge sigh slamming things around because he’s annoyed he had customers. At that point my boyfriend and I looked at each-other and said we are not giving this man out business because he was so rude.

Eliah made a huge sigh when I got to order & proceeded to have attitude the whole time. This was more than an hour before close. I asked for a vanilla lavender oatmilk latte & got who knows what, I was very kind this whole time as well the people I was with. A lady with her kid asked if he had other cake pops in stock without looking at her he rudely says no. He was throwing stuff and banging stuff around rudely.

The employee that assisted me was very kind and attentive, however, the coffee was absolutely horrendous! It was a terrible representation of Starbucks. It was a blonde roast and made fresh, so I was very excited to have my Sunday morning coffee. However, it was made so incorrectly that it tasted like old espresso, very bitter and hard to swallow!

I work across the street and come to this Starbucks often, the guy that works at this Starbucks is always rude to me and messed up both of my orders today. When I mentioned he may have messed up my order he acted irritated towards me. He literally dropped my food on the counter towards me, in the original packaging and didn’t heat it up or anything. Never coming to this Starbucks again.

We were given very poor service by a female employee(Kim) who while waiting on people ahead of us, she kept complaining she was tired, and was drinking while taking care of customers, when it was our turn she seemed upset and her tone of voice changed to a more direct and harsh tone. All we wanted was a coffee and move on, not to be spoken or treated as children. She could use some training on dealing with people and being a bit more professional.

Avoid if possible. They were one of the slowest Starbucks with terrible customer service. They got my drink wrong and wouldn’t fix it. They just told me what I could do myself to fix it at home.

Love starbucks & love king soopers but not this starbucks in specific. I have come to this starbucks a few times in the last few days and have had terrible experiences especially with an employee Elijah. The other day, on my birthday, the employee was drinking leftover sweet cream cold foam out of a blender before making the next drinks. Today I came in and asked for a peach green tea lemonade unsweetened and he proceeded to make me a peach green tea with no lemonade because he had none made and didn’t wanna make it. After I asked him to please add lemonade he did, and then overflowed my drink and left foam from the top all over my drink. Surprised this employee is still working after breaking health code violations and drinking straight out of a blender. Very disappointed.

Great staff, good environment. I didn’t like the cappuccino I got , it was bland and flavorless , but I will be back to this location because i didn’t communicate my addiction to sugar. It was my bad for ordering just a cappuccino.

The baristas at this Starbucks are fantastic. Not only do they recognize you and remember your drink before you get to the front of the line, but they do it all with a smile.

Menu and drink options at most Starbucks is pretty similar. The employees at this Starbucks make this one awesome. Whoever does hiring over there has done an awesome job picking really kind and caring employees. They make my day most days we go in there!

Super rude employee at this Starbucks location. Came in at about 4pm on August 18th (my birthday) to redeem my birthday reward. Neither WIFI or internet was working on my phone so I couldn't bring up my birthday reward. The employee told me to go find internet to bring up the reward and looked at me as if I was lying about the situation. Both my children were screaming and the internet just wouldn't work. I ended up just leaving. Employee didn't even offer to remedy the situation. So much for good customer service.
