i ordered from here and i never got food. They claimed to be out of bread and everything, very difficult to get a refund. Never going back, no manager on duty, nor answering their phone. I would very much rather go to firehouse.
Absolutely horrendous experience. Ordered through the app because I was busy a few doors down and wanted to be able to grab and go so I could get home and eat.... Only to discover that, instead of calling me to tell me they were out of ingredients (or telling me upon my arrival to pick up the order), they just made it with the wrong things. And the lady was incredibly rude about me picking up my order (which I was just confirming the correct name), as though i was trying to steal someone else's. If it's that big of a problem, maybe solve it by keeping the food out of public reach, instead of being snarky. All around one of the absolute WORST experiences I've had from a subway.
I don’t know what this worker was on but he kept ranting about how high he was and asked us 10 times what kind of bread we wanted. We were there 5 minutes waiting for him to even start our order so walked out.
Victor was an AMAZING help, clarified my order when he wasnt fully sure(i speak softly and he never made me feel bad for it) and even double checked on the meat when i made an unusual choice. absolutely some of the best service ive had.
Stopped in and delt with someone who was realy drunk.... my whole sandwich was mushy and I didn't want to be rude and cuase a fight. I work my butt off and make good money. Wasted my time at this place. Still hungry and have to go back to work. Thanks......
The ladies working today were so great! I was greeted with a smile and a welcome! Food was excellent and their new $6.99 meal-$7.51 with tax is a great deal. I will be going here for lunch more often if they are working!

I used to love visiting this branch of Subway but over the recent months and years it's gone downhill unfortunately. I stopped by today to get tuna footlong subs and the service was very slow, the subs were not toasted properly, it was burnt on the outside rather than the inside being partially toasted and as a result of having that sub, I ended up with a bad tummy ache because of the bread.
The toppings were generous but they need to work on the speed of service and make sure the bread is toasted properly. The temperature of the vegetable toppings need to be adjusted to they aren't frozen.
I'd hate for my favorite fast food branch to go down like this, it would be a shame.

Last 3 times my order was ready in 1 hour later and with the sandwich looking beat up. I went to give it another chance , made an online order, and arrived 30 later to give them a chance. Only one employee, as always, stressed with a lot of work. I told her it was OK that I'll wait but started dropping things, cursing and doing stuff like when you are pissed. She told me she needed to go to the restroom but couldn't with all this work. I wrote because I think it's not the employee's fault. Only one person taking care of the store is too much. Management, let's spend more on hiring. Never going back but just trying to help employees.

The girls who manage and work at this place are beyond concerning. Pretty sure the manager is Leilani (horrible.) Went in for a sandwich with my girlfriend on 06/30/2024 @ 12:00pm and we asked for the subs to be toasted, when we brought the food back home (I literally live right across the street) we noticed that the subs had not been toasted. Went back and the EXACT same lady who took my order FIVE MINUTES prior to me coming back in acted like she didn’t take my order and played completely stupid in front of her manager asking if “we made a mobile order” and saying I didn’t look familiar when SHE LITERALLY MADE MY SANDWICH IN FRONT OF ME FIVE MINUTES BEFORE. You could tell people come back to complain about her a lottttt based on how she handled the situation. Fully grown adults. You can’t make this stuff up. Just close the place already.

I received an email for the BOGO. Thought I’d give it a try. Had to order through app. One sandwich we requested toasted and the there we requested add bacon. No bacon but of course I paid for the bacon.

In a hurry but they were on the way, stopped-in about 3:50pm on Sat 6/2/2024, been here many times for years: asked for a sandwiche and to toast after adding veggies, got informed how "the lettuce would set on fire"...unpossible at their oven temps (it wilts) and I wasn't going to get lettuce regardless! I let her know this and that I'd gotten toasted veggies for years--including a Subway down the road yesterday. "Well AT THIS Subway..."
I didn't come to have the under-trained staffer's "customer service" lecture on impossible physical outcomes, assert "muh authoriteh" (staffer appears to be a teen, or just very young), and try to pick a fight.
"Thank you then" and I walked out. I've just stopped at the Silvermine up the road. They're always friendly and never stupid about non-existent policies or differences between franchises that also don't exist.
