It took me 15 minutes to get in and out of here with a 6-inch sub. There were only two people ahead of me, and each one ordered just a single sub. Two employees were behind the counter, but I don't think anyone could work more slowly or ignore customers more effectively. Maybe they had a bet on who could move the slowest?

Gone in two days In a row and they aren’t prepared to make sandwiches, out of bread and supplies . I was greeted by an angry employee before I was there when they were open . I’ll never go back to this location

In person they are ok. If ordering online, they just mark it as complete in the app and don’t even start it until you come in. (This has happened multiple times in a row at this location).

i hate that this is the closest subway to me. the guys working here are so unprofessional. wearing a visor crooked to look cooler is crazy work and cussing while talking to each other with customers in front of you is interesting. don’t know who’s managing this place seems like nobody is at this point

The food was good but... When me and my mom went in to grab lunch the lady making my sandwich was being a jerk. While I was telling her that I wanted my sandwich toasted, asked her to put on certain vegetables and told her I wanted no sauces, she didn't like it and was super rude about it. She made it correctly thank god but when she was done she wrapped it horribly and just straight up left leaving her partner to help me, my mom and the other 2 people behind us by herself! It was the lady with a pixie haircut, Brunette with blond highlights.

Just came in for two sandwiches he made them amazingly, was nice and well spoken, and store was very clean, as well as all ingredients were fresh even the avocado! Extremely recommend this store 10/10

Paid an extra $3 for avocado, didn't get any. Don't order online. I guess they put the bare minimum in the sandwiches. Didn't answer their phone when i called(app doesnt have any grievance options). My mom's meatball sub had nothing on the last 3 inches of each side. So a 12 inch meatball is actually a 6. Lol

Been coming to this location for over 12 years now and today was the worst experiences i have had at a fast food place. The mexican lady working at 11am has zero customer service skills and should be 100% sure the customer does not know spanish if you decide to talk shit about having to work and do your job. My pretzel was harder than a dam rock and the sandwhiches were horrible. Do better guys
