I arrived at 8:05AM to get breakfast on 3/28/24, a Wednesday. The lights are on but the door is locked. Posted hours on the door and online clearly say open at 8 AM. I went to another store to kill some time and came back at 8:21AM and the door is still locked. No one is answering the phone when I call and no one responds to the front door when I knock. I just wasted 20 minutes of my morning. If you need to lock the front door and leave, at least post a note for your customers.

Garbage service, waited more than 30 minutes for order to be told they have no bread or meat. The sandwich shop was out of Bread and Meat.

Both time I've come to this location they've ran out of main ingredients for their sandwiches. With 3 hours left to go and still in the dinner hour, they should at least have backups to use. This tells me management is poor and trying to cut back on food costs or employees are just being lazy. Working in the food industry I know how these things work. The girl I just encountered didn't have a shred of customer service skills and the fact that her long hair was not tied back, frankly made me nervous for health code violations. I dont like leaving bads reviews but this location is getting worse and worse.

Excellent place to go for lunch. People who work in the Arvada Shopping Center get a discount! Cool stuff.

I was there on December 22 at 12:30. There were two absolutely lovely ladies that work there a brunette and a blonde they were super polite super funny very accommodating. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in fourths and they were super friendly super nice I don’t know why this place has low star ratings cause I thought it was awesome. They were very professional and kind and sweet. There was an older gentleman sitting down having his lunch. He was laughing talking everything it was just really wonderful and they also have the jalapeño cheddar bread.!!Vegetarian options: It’s obviously vegetables on bread so it’s vegetarian. I got the roasted turkey, but vegetarian was also also an option.Kid-friendliness: Just a nice place to eat. It was clean respectful it was good.

Cost. BMT salad, $12. Small. They used to make a chopped salad. When asked, they don't do that. Instead layer meat and cheese on bottom, can't stir. Lettuce was turning brown. Awful. Won't go back to this location.Parking: Crowded

Short staffed. Bad customer service. Product outages. Doesn't honor their own coupons even within expiration and within the fine print of the coupon. Then will insist it is expired eventhough the expiration is printed on the coupon itself. And then will have an attitude about it. Don't come here. There are plenty of other subway locations nearby.

Crappy restaurant, wasn't clean, swept, or mopped. Employees were super rude didn't even try to talk to me, mumbled, and made my order wrong. The soda machine was out of multiple flavors and was super sticky. Restaurant looked closed when I came in, all the lights were off. The food tasted so bad I would not go here ever again.

Zero stars if I could .1st off the Mgr lady steals all the tips for herself especially if u don't watch it.2nd rudeness of workers. 3rd hygiene is non existent here. Corporate will definitely be contacted

The store at 52nd and Wadsworth was very very clean. The staff member working was very nice and accommodating but the white bread on our sandwich was very dry and tasted old.

I've given this Subway a several chances over the past few months as a bad experience doesn't mean the restaurant itself is bad. So this review doesn't come lightly. There were 3 times I went in and a heavy set lady was making the sandwiches. Normally I could care less, but she consistently leans in and inadvertently dips her breasts into the subs. No doubt she knows it's happening. She just doesn't care enough to turn to the side to avoid the dips. Whats worse is she's always sweaty, So you know a little sweat is dabbed onto each sub she makes. I lose my appetite and have to walk out every time.Wen't in one time and a young man with wrists covered in silly band bracelets like an 8 yr old kid and painted fingernails was sitting on a stool and chewing on his fingernails. I asked him to wash his hands and he tried to avoid it by saying he has to wear gloves so its ok. I told him he had his fingers in his mouth. So his spit and possibly blood and what not are on his hands. I asked him again to wash his hands. The sink basin is behind a narrow wall. Enough that you can see the person in front of the basin, but you can't see what they're doing. He ran the water for a couple seconds but he didnt do any motions that indicated he dried his hands. And the gloves went on his hands easily. Which doesnt happen with even slightly damp hands. Pretty sure he just ran the water without even putting his hands in it. He and the other guy working there were talking under their breath and chuckled when he ran the water. The other guy had an attitude ringing me out. Like he was also mad that I dared ask his co-worker to wash his hands. The other employee mentioned had made my sub twice before. First time he was super slow but nice and courteous. 2nd time he was really slow and forgetful. Had to repeat myself multiple times. There were a couple times he repeated what I said back to me but still reached for the wrong items. %100 sure he steps outside behind the building and gets ridiculously high multiple times a shift.Went in yesterday and I was greeted at the door by an angry employee claiming to be the manager who was trying to kick out a customer. She was cussing and threatening to call the cops while the customer stood there confused as to what she did to deserve it. I initially walked out as I didn't want to get mixed in what ever was going down. But I needed to get lunch and the customer stepped outside. The other employee running the line was nice but I could tell she was uncomfortable about the situation. Reading some of the other reviews, yelling at customers seems to be a frequent occurrence. And it looks like cops have been called on other customers recently.A couple of my subs tasted a little weird. I see that several other reviews say the bread is moldy. I personally haven't seen the mold. But the sauces have tasted funny. I'm now wondering if it's because they don't clean out the squirt bottles. To summarize, I've had one ok experience and the rest have been terrible. I will not be ordering from this location for a very long time. And I will highly² recommending against it to all my friends and coworkers.

I've never been to any restaurant where I've treated so rudely, apparently if the bread is too hot they don't want to get burned ? so I said to her so you don't want to do your job, then she refused to take my order and said if I didn't leave she would call the police, her co-worker said I shouldn't go off on her because she's just a CHILD!!!!! then why is she in a customer service business with absolutely no respect for anyone.I've already told friends, family and everyone I know never go to Subway at the 52nd market place in Arvada Colorado!!!!!!

anybody reading this post, please dont buy anything from this location if FOOD HYGIENE matters to you. we just walked in (like 20mins before this post), and while waiting on line, took a look at the bread tray, and found molds on most of the bread. we left the place right away without ordering anything.

There was only one employee there and they were out of seemingly everything. No bread was baking and the only options were white and wheat. They were out of meatballs and multiple other ingredients.I waited 20 minutes for the employee to finish one customer's order as she prioritized online orders as well. Then I found out they didn't have the ingredients for the sandwich I was going to order.I didn't even get food. At least 2 other customers experienced the same frustration as I did, as they left without being served. It feels awful giving negative reviews, but there's clearly some issues with this location. I've had other less than stellar experiences here, I hope management is aware of this and working towards better staffing and training.
