We were just trying to order food and the female manager started yelling at us for what we wanted. We started ordering and had a question on a sub and she was rude and frustrated with us. My mother asked her not to be rude to us and she yelled that she had been super busy for the last 3 hours and was just trying to get caught up.

She then stepped around the corner and started yelling at her associate to be on time and that they needed to get a hold of another associate to get there.

There was just my group (3 people) and 1 other person checking out.

Absolutely would not recommend going here because they are unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills.

Whatever girl was closing tonight has horrendous customer service and blared music and sang over my partner trying to order the entire time; you still had over an hour before closing; do your job and maybe listen to the customers? No wonder this place has 3 stars if youre hiring 1 star employees.

Show up at 1045. I was the Only person in the store still had to wait ten minutes until i was even help. Was charged 18$ dollars for a foot long Philly, chips and regular drink. No extra meat, nothing! Do yourself a favor and go to jersey Mike's 30' feet away. Definitely not worth the price or wait. Also, there was one girl working all by herself. The girl working complained and made me feel guilty for even ordering my food. Keep in mind im the only one in the store. Weird experience that I'll avoid in the future.

Had the best exprience for subway here. Although I had faced dificultues with subway in other branches, but people here were awsome! Hailey and Abrianne! You girls are perfect!

Threatened to call the police because I told them I was leaving a bad review due to TERRIBLE customer service. Horrible management at this store. Subways food is not worth the price when you have to deal with staff that obviously have NO right working in customer service. Find a new job Faith!

I placed an online order for four subs early in the day at the Subway on W 64th Ave, and everything was ready right on time. Each sub was made exactly to order, neatly packed, and absolutely fresh. I had the turkey sub, and it was excellent—the meat and vegetables were very fresh, the bread was soft and warm, and the balance of ingredients was just right. The whole process was smooth and convenient, and the staff clearly cares about quality. One of the best Subway experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

The worst subway I've been to. Bread was obviously day old at 1230 pm in afternoon. Employee repeatedly used gloved hand to ring up a sandwich and then go back to prepping other sandwiches in group. No choices on fountain. No tea and ice was in bin on counter with a scoop? Eating area was dirty in general.

The onion was old and tasted like it hadn't been changed in weeks, this is how food poisoning occurs. The pop machine was broke, this is by far the worst subway experience ever and a complete waist of money.

I love this branch of subway more than any Subway I have been to. The staff are very friendly, polite and patient. Faith and Tommy are not only generous but they are fast in their service. I enjoy my tuna sub every time I am here because I can taste all my favorite vegetable toppings in every bite 😋! They are the very main reason I drive to get to this branch to eat my favorite fast food 🥪! I honestly hope they get a raise! They are great listeners and their customer service is fantastic!

I hope all subway lovers visit this branch when they get the chance, you won't regret it! Everything tastes better at this branch! I can for sure say my sub was made with care and love! Thank you guys for making my experience delightful every time! 🙏🏻

Btw, I would have taken a picture of my sub to show everyone the awesome tuna sub I got but I was too hungry 🤔🤦🏻‍♀️😂, hopefully next time 😎!
