I had the angel roll and a friend had the LV rolls. Though a little on the high side, the rolls tasted exquisite, the flavors had distinct appearances while I at. I tried my friends LV rolls, though I really liked the crunch and texture of the eel the cream cheese seemed to be standing out a lot more than anything else in the roll.

Everyone is saying that this place is fairly priced. My opinion is that it's pricey. I spent $180 dollars between me and my companion because honestly It was delicious. I find that sushi is not usually great outside of the West Coast but I was not disappointed about my experience at sushi Aji. I'm a huge nigiri fan and that is probably not the way to go to get the bang for your buck as it's priced very high. There are other specials though and everything was quality even the rice which is really important. The ambiance is clean and pleasant enough. The service is normal, the chefs nice. We didn't really have a chance to connect with them but it's ok. I would certainly go back but maybe try to find some hidden combo/specials or try the bentos everyone is raving about.

One of the best sushi places and as authentic as you can get. Their Sake is amazing. The Truffle roll is delicious and one of their best rolls. The best single sushi is the Yellowtail OMG. You want something that goes down like good butter? Then get that roll. Amazing! Thank you for always exceeding our expectations. This IS OUR LOCAL SUHI HOME!

Overpriced for the quality. The yaki rice just tasted like cooking oil and made me feel ill. The yaki soba was very bland. The sushi tasted pretty good but the rolls we ordered (California and avocado) were smaller than average.
Freshest sushi in the area. Not always the fastest, but the taste and quality is well worth it.

Having moved over to Arvada from downtown Denver we were having a hard time finding a good sushi place. This place was a great find! Great sushi, good prices, staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend!
