A single soft taco is 2.15$ you can get cheaper tacos at your local carneceria. Ots absolutely absurd. Boycott them and support local mom and pop shops while getting better quality food for less money

I went to the drive thru on 04/06 at 10:30pm and when I arrived at the window my order was wrong. I tapped on the window and Shania said no that’s what you ordered and slammed the window on me. I tapped again and she flung the door open and said stop doing that. I tried to explain what I ordered and she said no you didn’t go back and order that if you what it and slammed the window. My kids were in shock, dad you did order the correct item's. I was so mad I called the manager and she said what do you want me to do? I’ll never go back there, the order is usually wrong and the tacos are always broken and soggy. Rich R

I had to change my rating because I had to get a refund twice in a week. If you go and there is 2 girls wearing glasses working, just leave. They messed up my order, missed items, and couldn’t make the order right when given the opportunity. They just said I was wrong.When the other guy worked the window there and ran the place, my food was the best every time!Edit: He works on Thursdays!!!

The past two times I've gone thru the drive thru at night, they've missed items. Nothing like getting home with a tired child to discover their dinner is missing. Their beans are dry. They need to do better.

When you pull up to a drive thru sometimes you have to look at the menu to determine what you want. This location of Taco Bell does not want that. Juan Torres (the manager) couldn’t care less about customer experience. He told me he only cares about how quickly he gets people through the drive thru. That’s unfortunate because of that simple interaction I would never want to go to this establishment again. They are turning them to be fast versus courteous and welcoming. How sad this is where this location has chosen to make their stand on business in a community. I wonder if this franchise owner has any idea.

UPDATED REVIEW: Wow! In the past year this place has stepped it up big time! No more long waits or wrong orders. Everything I’ve ordered the last few time has been perfectly made, even neatly arranged in the bag. You guys are awesome and I’m glad you changed for the better. I will keep coming back. Great job.

I placed a mobile order a few days ago to feed my family, who were dealing with an at home hospice patient who passed the next day. They were starving, as they hadn’t ate all day- figured taco bell would be cheap and good. I ordered at 6:15, saw it was ready by 6:25, left to go pick it up.When I walked in there were no orders sitting in the “Mobile Order” shelves, which no worries. I then proceeded to stand there for 5-10 minutes, multiple associates looking at me, but never acknowledged me. It wasn’t until another customer came in and then they went to help them first? I had to stop the lady myself to let her know I also have a mobile order. Finally got the food, which I saw them still packing up. Unsure why it would take almost 30 minutes total to make 4 regular tacos, 2 bean burritos, a Mexican pizza, and a quesadilla, while online it said the order finished 10 minutes before… but, hey I’m glad I finally get to eat. PS, I was the only customer in there. Nobody was seated, nobody was going through the drive through, the place was dead.Go home, the Mexican pizza was RANCID. The burritos were really weird tasting, we ended up just throwing everything away and went to McDonalds. We definitely will be driving to the farther locations next time, as this was the worst experience I have ever had, and the bar is already pretty low for going to a “fast food” restaurant.

The Manager decided to paint the lines in the parking lot by the handicap spots and didn't put down any signs. My shoes and cane are covered in bright yellow paint. When I asked to speak the Manager he shrugged me off and said it wasn't a big deal. I shouldn't have to worry about whether or not I'm going to ruin my shoes when picking up my order.

Jaun Torez the manager here is terrible. He won't even address issues he causes. If your going to make improvements great but if you paint the handicap parking spots. You need to close them off with cones or signs at least not let people park there roll through the paint and ruin there shoes and drag it inside. At least own up amd apologize. Not laugh at handicap people. He discriminates towards people who are handicap and should be fired. I have pictures to support this. Anyone corporate or franchise owner please reach out to me. Make this right. Unless you too discriminate towards handicap people?
