Changed their hours and they are now the only Taco Bell in the area opening at 9 instead of 8. Guess I’m going somewhere else for my breakfast from now on.

This is a very good Taco Bell. I visit monthly to pick up dinner for 6-10 volunteers, and they're always cool about preparing that quantity of food.

This is a neighborhood taco bell... dude at the window didn't speak English. Asked for light lettuce on my tostada.... got light everything. This is corporate, so hook it up. You act like you own a small business. Don't ask for extra hot sauce... it must come out of their paycheck.

I’m doing a DoorDash order and I just wanted to know the estimated time for getting the order so I can be as fast as possible so I can make the most amount of money as possible. the larger Hispanic gentleman would not acknowledge me at first when I finally got his attention, I asked him how long the wait would be, at this point, It was already 10 minutes past the pick up by time And he was short and snotty with me and did not want to answer My question. He said he’s working on it, and it’s a two-man crew. I told him I understand that but my time and my ratings and my money depends on how long I wait if you could just kindly give me a time , he gives me a very unreliable and reluctant “5 minutes” while holding up his fingers and in a huff as if I had asked for the moon asks me “is that OK?” No sir it is not OK. Your customer is my customer and we need to communicate with each other to serve them as best as possible. My note to the manager is also perhaps do not try to overwork your crew. Have enough people on staff to handle orders and possibly pay them enough to actually care about the job they’re doing. when I see this Taco Bell location come up on my screen for late night orders I will be declining them to let another poor DoorDash sucker to deal with it

I came into the store between 3 and 4pm, not busy at all. Ordered 3 tacos and a coke, before I could fill my glass with my beverage, the tacos were ready. I thought that the tacos were served so quickly giving me a good impression. We'll, once home within 10 minutes and immediately diving in, I found the tacos soggy and falling apart, and needing a spoon to eat them. My assumption about the sogginess is that the tacos were made in advance to save time. What happened to quality and pride in service, what happened to quality training, what happened to the owner correcting these problems? Does he or she even read the sad reviews?

Seems as they just keep sinking
Some of the best Taco Bell I've ever had! The tacos were overflowing with meat, cheese and super fresh veggies. Well worth the measly ten bucks. I'll definitely be coming back.

Sadly this is the closest Taco Bell to me, ordered from DoorDash. I saw that my driver was at the location for over 30 minutes just waiting. The driver was not problem he arrived so fast once they finally made the food. It says they’re open until 2:30 am so I don’t know why it seems like they’re not prepared for an 11 pm order.

Waited for 2-3 minutes at a dead quiet drive through before circling around to see if the store is open just to be scolded by the old cranky dude for not stopping at the order window. I did stop, and waited, and called a few times, and got no reply. Regardless I didn't need an attitude, I needed a meal. Sorry to be such an inconvenience. And yes I left without ordering because if you're going to treat me like I'm ruining your night by trying to give you business, I'm sure as hell not taking a gamble on the food you're then going to begrudgingly prepare for me.
