I placed a order online and it already been paid for and I told them someone was picking up my order and he said no I’m not giving you your order and then I called DoorDash and she called them and she told them to confirm and give them my order and he told her no and the DoorDash support gave me a refund because he just didn’t want to give me my order

The new chalupa is like who ever is back there is paying out of pocket for the steak. All I got is tortilla and onions ! If we are spending our hard earned money, we should get a good portion of meat. This is not how you get customers to return. Shout out to Donovan at the register he was great at the drive though but never again.

Honestly we weren't expecting much, we were late to pick up our online order so we asked if they could just reheat it in the microwave for us, they remade the entire order for us instead. Amazing customer service! Thank you so much!
Changed their hours and they are now the only Taco Bell in the area opening at 9 instead of 8. Guess I’m going somewhere else for my breakfast from now on.

This is a very good Taco Bell. I visit monthly to pick up dinner for 6-10 volunteers, and they're always cool about preparing that quantity of food.
