Tried KFC chicken sandwiches and nuggets. I assumed because chicken is their specialty that their chicken would be moist and crispy and delicious. Instead it was dry, stale and chewy. We usually go to Chick-fil-A but KFC was having a great deal with their sandwiches and nuggets. It was a waste of money. It s dinner time but business was slownwhich was surprising. I haven't gone to KFC in a long time and it used to be a busy place. Maybe that's why the chicken was terrible Maybe it sat there for too long pre-made. I ordered on the app and assumed they would make it to order. I parked in a parking spot for online orders. I called the number to let them know I was there, expecting curbside service. The gal told me I needed to come in to get it. I assumed they were too busy after all? The lobby was empty and employees looked like they were twiddling their thumbs waiting for business. The fellows behind the counter were nice and polite. They handed me my order and I left. We will not go back.unfortunately.

A crunch wrap with no meat and no steak unless I’m blind talk to the manager they wanted me to bring all my order back didn’t believe me about my order and I’m posting up this picture to prove that you have to watch out for your food it doesn’t even seem like Fast food service has improved whatsoever

This place says they closed at 6pm and it was 6:05pm when I called to tell them they have me the wrong order. They only offered to sent a post card in the mail and could not even give us our food. So I spent $36 for dinner for my kids, husband and I just to not be able to eat. What kind of customer service is that. She repeated the order that was given to us when I called. So you know you messed up our order and yet you're not going to fix it?! And all you want to do is give us a post card. What about our for and my money!!!

Kelsiem is always a friendly, professional, quick and happy drive-thru associate. She is accurate with the orders, which is better than most other places locally. Food is great, wait is short, and staff are nice. Whether you choose Taco Bell or KFC, or both! , you will have a delicious meal at this location in Arvada.
