A crunch wrap with no meat and no steak unless I’m blind talk to the manager they wanted me to bring all my order back didn’t believe me about my order and I’m posting up this picture to prove that you have to watch out for your food it doesn’t even seem like Fast food service has improved whatsoever

This place says they closed at 6pm and it was 6:05pm when I called to tell them they have me the wrong order. They only offered to sent a post card in the mail and could not even give us our food. So I spent $36 for dinner for my kids, husband and I just to not be able to eat. What kind of customer service is that. She repeated the order that was given to us when I called. So you know you messed up our order and yet you're not going to fix it?! And all you want to do is give us a post card. What about our for and my money!!!

Kelsiem is always a friendly, professional, quick and happy drive-thru associate. She is accurate with the orders, which is better than most other places locally. Food is great, wait is short, and staff are nice. Whether you choose Taco Bell or KFC, or both! , you will have a delicious meal at this location in Arvada.

First bad experience I had with this location I showed up to go through drive through at around 11:30 pm not checking the hours. All the employees were outside smoking. When I asked them if they were still open they yelled at me and told me to go somewhere else. Whatever.
Next bad experience 9-5-24. Went through drive through around 11 am. Sat over at autozone and ate my lux cravings box. Went back inside 20 minutes later to get a refill on my soda. The male karen manager despite seeing my taco bell cup, didn't ask me if I was getting a refill, instead goes straight to telling me I need to buy another soda. I said I went through drive through a little while ago. He starts telling me I'm a liar.
Good job karen, you are really protecting your corporate masters there by being a total jerk to your CUSTOMERS, over a soda refill.
