I was here October 12, 8:00pm. I'm a former Taco Bell employee (not this location), and I understand how stressful it is when there's a bunch of orders and a line on the drive-thru, coupled with a timer on each order. The cashier (white male, long hair) was calm and polite despite the stress I know he was under. He had more composure than I probably would have, and I just hope management knows that they have a good employee.

Edit: I was here December 11 and once again had great service, this time from Alex. Alex was professional, efficient, and I saw him multitasking different orders without seeming bothered at all. This place never disappoints!

Customer service here is horrid. No one will come to the fr9nt to even ask what you need or give any order updates. They have 4 ordering screens but many ppl standing and wiaitjg for their orders and no employees come to check on us. She tossed my order on the counter, mispronounced my name and turned and walked off into the back. They food was alright. But she didn't even give me time to ask for a water cup. She literally ran off after tossing my bag on the counter. No eye contact with anyone. I won't order here again.

Me and my friend tried to hit up their drive through on a Thursday night around 1:45 am after our workout and the kid running the drive through wouldn't serve us. He kept saying they were closed despite the hours on Google stating the drive through is open till 2am.

I've worked in the food industry for well over a decade and if any of my employees would've denied a customer service before close I would never schedule them again. Extremely unprofessional. I don't care if it's just tacobell, yall cry for higher minimum wage but can't even be bothered to do the job they hire you for.

I am going to have a conversation with the GM tomorrow and also put in a corporate complaint. I know for a fact who denied me service because ive dealt with this kid before and he is always rude and condescending. Also strongly considering reporting some other Previous negative experiences revolving around food safety that I've had in the past but have been tight lipped about. I've kept my mouth shut because I like the convenience of having a late night option near my house/gym but what is the point of leveraging the late night service if they're gonna throw in the towel 15 minutes before close. It's not like I'm asking you to cook me beef wellington and a souflee.

Taco Vell is alright, but what truly stood out for me was the outstanding service the moment I pulled up to the drive thru. The staff went above and beyond — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made me feel welcomed and showed they truly care for my satisfaction. It’s rare to receive such high quality service at a fast food joint let alone a drive thru. This is ridiculous. Cheese wasn't even melted and both my tacos were crushed. One had 3 little pieces of chicken. For a restaurant that had 1 patron in it they could have at least MELTED THE CHEESE
