This location should close there doors for good. Not only do they forget to put the food in your bag, they also forget to put it in there taco shells as well. roughly 15-18 strings of cheese, 25 shreds of lettuce-NO BEEF, NO TOMATOS. There burritos on this same order had a tea spoon of beans in it. Basically your buying a flower tortilla and some wrapping paper. Not worth the gas to go back ever again. I live near by but will take the drive to another location. WHERES THE BEEF!!
Greatly improved recently under newer management! My orders are always right and I never feel skimped!

I like Taco Bell. The lady they have on drive through for lunch the last several months is abrasive, rude and pushy.
It is not uncommon to get wrong items in our order, and we live just far enough away it's not worth our time to drive back.
Like today we ordered beef chalupas, after the order taker interrupted FIVE times, they gave us chicken. Very dry and not good.
My wife loves Taco Bell a lot more than me, so we keep going back.
Who is the lady muttering stuff under her breath?? Next time I went in I asked her to speak up and she said I always grab hot sauce when she puts some in, WHO CARES!!! YOU GUYS CANT EVEN GET AN ORDER RIGHT OR SPEAK ENGLISH. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!
Horrible service
This taco bell has the rudest drive thru employees I have ever experienced. You have a 1% chance of your order being correct as well. They don't seem to understand to much English and can barely speak to you when they mess up your order
To the lady who works the window on March 4 at 11:30, is so rude and also Taco Bell asks you to round up yet won’t round up on the amount of mild sauces they’ll give you.
Picked up Take out at 730pm Taco Bell was not busy. Myself and one other car were in the drive thru and no one was inside dining in. They took my order were polite and repeated the order back everything correct. Paid and got home I had 8 items total 2 item were missing. I looked at the receipt and it was correct. The employee either can't read or just didn't care enough to make sure everything is in the bag. I shouldn't have to check to see if a TacoBell employee did their job correctly. This has happened before at this store and I quit going to Taco Bell. I shouldn't have given Taco Bell another chance.

Used to be a good location... Now I never get my whole order. Always missing two to three items. I will take the trip to the KFC Taco Bell on 58th. This one is dead and done
I swear these burritos keep getting smaller, but where would I be without my 1am taco bell pit stop?? Hungover for sure.
Absolutely terrible experience. Tacos were burnt black, one burrito had avocado sauce smeared on the outside and no meat inside and the other was smashed almost beyond repair. Absolutely terrible customer service when I called to try to rectify the situation. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
