The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars, is because the employees are kind. It does not seem like they know what they are doing at this location tho, unfortunately.
I want to not believe the stigma behind this establishment, but take a moment & look at this picture. This was my Crunchwrap supreme. I ordered two of them & they both looked like this. I paid extra for chicken & I get a few tiny little pieces, almost no cheese at all or sour cream. This was all the chicken in the entire thing. Two burned tortillas with scraps in each package. I did ask for no tomatoes or lettuce, but come on guys, this is unacceptable.
By the time I got home, it was too late to go back. I didn’t think to break open my crunchwraps just to make sure there was any food in them at the time. Extremely lame we have to do that these days. The food was bad even for Taco Bell & that’s saying something.

Went to the website to order online. Completed the order only to be told that they didn't carry the food that I ordered. Drove to the restaurant and went in. Ordered something off of their board behind the counter. Was told that they don't serve that any longer. Why do you have a menu that you don't serve to the public?

I came in with two other people and we were waiting 15 minutes before someone took our order and the lobby was filthy food all over the floor and tables some were even sticky and I’m not sure who took our order sense no one had a name tag on but she was wearing a blue hello kitty sweatshirt and has light brown hair and when we were ordering she was giving attitude and cutting us off and our order wasn’t even hard it was 3 tacos, a hard, soft, and Dorito and we only got Doritos along with that she began mocking us and being disrespectful if you want good service don’t come here they will treat you like trash 🙄

I came at approximately 12:19am on 11/22 and my food was absolutely fantastic and I got my food super quick. I am very pleased with this Taco Bell lately especially eating so late my food was great. ❤️

Showed up around 10:15pm, ordered my food and was messed with while ordering. Made me repeat my last item 3 times until I yelled it and then he cracked up laughing. Pulled up and just asked was there a speaker issue or were you just messing with me(rhetorical question)? To which he replied I have no idea what you are talking about, even recalled exactly what happened and he played dumb, just annoying and pointless. Clearly this guy is just weird and kinda rude for no reason, but nothing will happen and crappy fast food, thats one redeeming quality is convenience, will always have crappy service that contradicts the basic values it markets itself on. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food here is not fresh at all and the staff is rude. If I was you, I'd save yourself the headache and don't go here.
Ordered through drive thru & my order was incorrect. Went into the dining to get it fixed and it came out wrong again. Spoke to the manager Rolando and he rolled his eyes and grabbed the bag off the counter and basically threw it on the line at the employees. Very unprofessional and rude!

Unfortunately They didn't even deserve a 1 star. Pulled into store at 2:42am on Sept.21st, pitch black store, no outside lights on or menu board lights. They advertise this store is open to 4am. The dt guy pulled me to parking lot. I ordered a Luxe box and two chilly cheese burritos. I got home the burritos were nothing but all shell, looked like a half a teaspoon of chilly cheese absolutely awful, I paid $3.99 for each burrito, they weren't even worth a dollar. 😡 I definitely will think twice about coming to this taco bell.
