Get off work order 40 dollars worth of food and they forget to put the crunch wrap in there. Didn't find out till I got home had to drive back and get it an the lady's rude and doesn't apologize. SMH plus my chaluppas were soaking wet. That's the 2nd time I've got wet food from here. Never going bk.

I was going to go to this location until I looked at the reviews. Thank you everyone for saving me.The pictures on here are hilarious. When does the food EVER look like these pictures. Idk if they're trying to fool us, but Real Review photos aren't PROFESSIONALLY DONE, and real people don't actually wear TB apparel to the place they're eating.IF ONLY the food actually looked like that. I'd actually pay their ridiculous current prices for that.TB, Just Do Better!Customers, DEMAND BETTER!

My advice would be to check out El Pollo Loco a block away for WAY better drive-through tacos and burritos

I had to have them remake my food twice and the second time it wasn’t right. There was a bunch of steak on my chicken quesadilla, a bunch of sauce on one side and no sauce on the other, and tomatoes strewn through the whole thing. I’m not sure who is cooking back there but they must have having a really hard time.

Went to this location December 30th, 2023 at around 2 a.m. This store doesn't close until 3 a.m. When I arrived it took about 4-5 minutes before somebody came to the speaker. I told the worker (Lina) once she got to the speaker that I placed an online order but was told they didn't receive it. Then I asked if I could place an order and Lina was very rude and obviously didn't want to take my order. She then started talking to a coworker in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish and she was let's say speaking badly about me. When she figured out I speak Spanish she switched up and wanted to take my order. I obviously refused and said I would speak to the manager and Lina tried to cover her nametag. As I was leaving I could hear the employee telling customers behinde that they restaurant was closed and saw cars pulling away. Not very professional. I come to this store all the time but I don't think I will be returning.
