The local advertisements hanging above each table unfortunately were more distracting than the medium steak that arrived totally well done. Somehow thinking about the local plumber didn’t spark “appetizing vibes.” Sadly we won’t be coming back.

I don’t like reviewing chain restaurants because of too much use of processed foods and ingredients… But I have to admit that TRH is still quite okay value for money. Although portions of sides are minuscule and I have the impression their stakes got smaller too!

Was told to wait 10 to 15 minutes and ended up there for 25 minutes and none came to seat me and so just ended up leaving Ps don’t come alone they won’t seat u down if it’s not the bar

Went on a monday and the balloon man scoffed at me and my family when I had asked for a balloon for my son then walked to the bathroom completely ignoring us. Besides that interaction service and food was great.

Went for a birthday celebration. Great service. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye medium rare. My friend ordered the same thing. Hers came perfect. Mine was medium.. They took it back and brought a 12 oz instead of a 14 oz and it was medium to medium well. They brought me a 3rd one that was actually a 14 oz and it was cooked correctly. They gave me a small discount. I was very disappointed.

The steak was tough, dry and difficult to eat. The house salad didn’t have any croutons but they were so busy, I couldn’t get my severs attention, so it was consumed as is. The loaded baked potatoes was burnt, dry and missing the bacon bits, I had to wait for those and my food was cold by then so it didn’t mix as well together The sweet potatoes was also burnt.
They offered to take the food back and remake it. We didn’t want wait again for items to be remade since we declined.

We didn't even get to eat. We asked for Texas toast with our steak they said we don't have that here in fact I've never even heard of it before. To my surprise come to find out (were not outta Texas ,were based in San Francisco! Of course you are!!

Very impressed. We put ourselves on the waiting list, and when we got to the door, we had a 5 minute wait. It's already off to a good start. We were taken to our table by a friendly hostess, and then our awesome server Ian welcomed us with perfect customer service. Then, shortly after, the manager came over and provided some upcoming updates and a coupon for our next visit. Then there's the food, the buns are dangerously good, we ordered the combo appetizers, the steak kebab and the 6oz filet. Everything was cooked to perfection. We will definitely return, and I highly suggest giving them a shot!

I have never had such an amazing experience at a restaurant as I did here at Texas Roadhouse in Arvada. Not only was the service fast and kind, but the food was fresh, and it tasted amazing. I appreciate the manager, Chelsea, coming over and greeting us. The whole team went above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back.

It was my boyfriend and I, first time and the manager was amazing. She brought us out a sampler of corn , green chile and bacon green beans and they were really good . My boyfriend got the steak kabob and I got beef tips and it filled me up so much before with the sampler and bread that I know im going to have leftovers for a while. The waiters are nice and funny , really good food. The manager also gave us a card for a free appetizer when we come back . The manager deserves a raise for sure
