Son took us here for dinner on our first night visiting him in Denver. Service was excellent. Food was very good, had the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer, it was fresh made, good ingredients. We had the French Dip sandwich, great bread, meat, cheese, came with fries, which my son shared were not the ones they had been offering, they were good but not great. Wife had the Steak salad, it was great as well. Nice quiet restaurant on a Thursday night which is what we were looking for.

My friends and I have enjoyed going to the Arvada Travern. We enjoy the drinks and the atmosphere. It’s not too loud and we can actually have a conversation. After last light we will not be back. Every single person working that we had a conversation with was extremely rude and just unpleasant. At 11:30pm we were kicked out because it was a slow night and it didn’t make sense for them stay open is what one bar tender said when I asked “I thought you closed at midnight” not only are we paying customers that went to your establishment to enjoy a late night you literally said it was not worth it to serve us. Will definitely not be back and will not recommend to anyone else in the future.

Lavender Greyhound and El Diablo cocktails, original and delicious tasting. We split a smashburger, it was perfectly cooked. Burger sauce rocked. Bartender was great. Awesome place to grab a late night dinner.
