Great place! Loved the atmosphere, quaint and modern. Happy was amazing. Hands down the best margarita I have had. Family had steak and I had the chicken for dinner. Loved the goat cheese polenta cake. The cornbread qith chilis was amazing! Highly recommend this place and plan on going again. Sorry no pics.

Fantastic local syeak house. Was my 2nd visit, and i will be back again. As a true steak lover, they cook perfectly to temp. Amazing sized and service. Cocktails there are also out of this world.

The cuisine offered a variety of delectable flavors, however, the quality of the steaks was uneven. One steak was excessively fatty, while the other was subpar. Fortunately, they managed to prepare one steak to perfection. The cornbread and green chili were particularly exceptional, serving as the highlight of my dining experience. This establishment would be an ideal choice for a first date or a special occasion. There is no formal dress code. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive.I would recommend calling in reservations to help the staff.

$70 steaks $15 cocktails and you'll need a bull horn to talk with your date if sitting in the bar. There are plenty of sports bars in Arvada the Butchery isn't a sports bar but you wonder by the decibals drowning out a one on one conversation over a $15 cocktail. Very good cocktails by the way excellent drinks, forget the bar

Had a celebratory dinner here with my daughter. We sat at the bar and were instantly greeted. The bar staff were were friendly and engaging. Drinks were good.

Food was great, the Pork chop was awesome and cooked perfectly. Dont skip the Brussel Sprouts....OMG...so good. It was hard to not keep eating them.

Daughter got the sliders and she loved them, said they were fresh and juice.

Dessert was yummy too.

The owner ( She identified as the owner) even came by to check on us and we had a great convo.

Well worth a visit. Im excited to go back and try it again!

This was my first visit to The Butchery. We started with cocktails and appetizers in the bar area and then enjoyed our dinner reservations afterward. Everyone was very attentive and kind. We shared the Filet Trio and it was marvelous! The piece that brought everything together was our server, Summer. Like I said before, everyone was kind and it seemed like a well-coordinated effort to make sure we always had what we needed, but Summer was absolutely outstanding! We'll definitely be back. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner so nice.

$50 steak was just “meh”… Maybe I just happened to get a subpar piece of meat. IDK, but was very tough, flavorless and full of gristle. I don’t think I’ve ever not finished a steak before.

A nice break from the big chain steakhouses. The food is great. The atmosphere is unique, almost feels like you are eating at home or a good friends house as the decor and environment is very homey in the best way. The service is top notch. Our server, though I cannot remember his name was awesome. He engaged my kids and made a fun, friendly environment for the whole family. Can't wait to go back.
