My Wife and I wanted to try a new place for date night and we decided to try this place out without any prior knowledge or expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience and quality of a local suburban steakhouse in Arvada. High quality appetizers that weren't too heavy, perfectly prepared cuts and superb cocktails that rounded out a great dinner date. We can’t wait to come back and bring some family and friends!

Came here with my girlfriend for an early valentines celebration and am so happy I landed on The Butchery over other restaurants. Our server, Andrew, was one of the best servers I’ve ever had—so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! A little pricey, but what steakhouse worth its salt isn’t? Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a nicer place to take their loved ones for some delicious food.

What a wonderful gem in Arvada! I went last night to celebrate with family and had a genuinely lovely experience. The service was professional and personal, recommended some excellent choices. I had the Bourbon Barrel Salmon, which was outstanding, cooked perfectly with a balance of sweet and spicy. I was hoping to have some leftovers but neither the salmon nor the side of White Cheddar Mashers had a chance once I tucked in. The rest of our party raved about their entrees as we tackled crime brûlée and lava cake for dessert.I will be sure to be back soon and won’t wait for a special occasion to do so!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free. They were extremely mindful and helpful about my gluten allergy.
