Restaurant has great patio views, however service is extremely slow and rude, unexceptable. Food is always on point. Come on restaurant management let's get it together. Do better. Speed it up, have some pride and let's not be lazy. It's bad. If you need help reach out personally.

For a city operation...not bad at all. They actually know how to prepare food for celiacs as well...small but decent menu.

Let's start out by saying we used to come here almost weekly, it's been awhile though.

Made a reservation . It was slow service, asked literally for everything because nothing came out as expected or was even on the table including silverware, syrup, water. Took almost 45 min once we ordered breakfast for food to hit the table and we had kids which were being surprisingly patient but even they grew restless . Once the food came it was cold, eggs were hard poached not runny, they sent for new eggs, it was almost 20 min and eggs never arrived. By then my 1 drink had already made me feel sick since it been so long. I finally ate my cold food which had no eggs and apparently arugula missing which i realized after. Another didn't ever receive her toast, 2nd drinks ordered took forever and had to ask about them because they may have been forgotten. The waitress blamed it on the kitchen staff, to which i would say, it was a whole staff effort of chaos.

Not until i went to the host stand to complain and then about 5 min after that went to ask for a manager did they do anything. Then they sent the poor waitress instead of the manager over to deliver the bill, it should always been management when its that screwed up.

They will not get my recommendation or return anymore. Its a nice looking place with a shell of staff. They were not even super busy. They did give us 50% off but didn't fight for return business very hard.

Also your yelp reviews give an average of about 2.9, which is way more accurate than the Google reviews.

How in the world do you not have just regular not fried corn tortillas? Worst nightmare almost had a terrible night because of the lack of gluten free options and the menu had it labeled but then some of the shit that’d you’d think would be gluten free just isn’t. Beans rice etc. overall a nightmare for gluten free eaters.

We've been coming here for Father's Day or birthdays for a number of years unfortunately this year was disappointing. The food was barely warm and it's not great to eat cold waffles or cinnamon rolls. I don't know if he'll be back but we love to space.

The food is not great, although the place is very nice But obviously they don't have a good staff in the kitchen.

Came in at 5p to an empty dining room and were told they were busy. Asked for a table outside and they couldn’t do it. Maybe you don’t like a party of two so they stuck us on the table they probably can’t fill. Dinner was good but realized after that it was a Friday fish fry night when we saw the table next to us with a menu. We were never offered that menu. We’ve been there with friends before however it’s not that special to ever come back👎

Lovely spread out dining room. Excellent service! Even more excellent food!!

Beware if you are celiac or have gluten sensitivity. The items on the menu marked as gluten free are not gluten free. Horrible thing to do to people with food allergies.

We love this golf course. Great food. Good course maintenance and typically easy to get a tee time

West Woods did great on organizing and executing their Valentine's Day dinner. Food was delicious and staff was very attentive. We didn't have to wait for anything and we felt the pricing was reasonable. We will definitely try another one of their events.

I've never used Open Table before. It was quick, effortless and very convenient. We reserved a table at West woods golf club on a Saturday evening. They had our table ready and the food and ambience was awesome!

Very good food and not that busy.
