The service is is amazing. Our waitress Harmony gave the best customer service I have had in a long time. She was so friendly, sweet and attentive. The food was so delicious. We ordered the crispy brussel sprouts, the empanadas and churros to share. The Brussel sprouts are so good and you get a huge portion and the churros were the best I have ever had. Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
The most wonderful part of my dining at the restaurant last night was our having such a delightful waitperson as Harmony. What a breath of fresh air and extremely efficient

The service was great. Our server, Kayla, was outstanding. She took care of us with genuine care and understanding of what we needed throughout our dining experience. The only downside was the noise level. West Woods might want to consider how they can control the noise level (noise reduction panels, or tables spread further out). It was difficult to have a conversation. We would've stayed for another drink or dessert but it was just too loud.
