This place is so poorly run. It’s almost no need to pace an online order cause they’ll forget about it.

Just came from here. I feel bad overall. There is clearly bad management overall. I did my online order about 15-20 minutes before I arrived at the store. I got there and I didn’t receive mine until 30 mins later. Staff seemed overwhelmed and burnt out. One was rushing through orders while the other wasn’t really keeping up to speed (from what I saw). Everything seemed disorganized. They said it was because of the rush of orders they received from online. It felt awkward overall. All of the orders they were making they were just putting on the back counter without actively announcing order names. I haven’t been to Tropical Smoothie in a while so I don’t know if this is a new practice. I was half-tempted to leave, but I didn’t want to disrupt other customer orders. I don’t think I’m the only one that experienced disappointment and awkwardness today. I used to love coming here. I hope they figure it out.

I ordered Tropical Smoothie via Uber Eats and the driver showed up with half the order. She was nice enough to go back to the store and they wouldn't give her the rest of the order because they didn't have the bowl available? They wouldn't even give us a different bowl. Terrible customer service!

just left this place. they have a tweaker behind the counter rushing thru all the orders. I watched him make my drink wrong after paying extra for coconut, and then he brushed me off when I asked him about it

This is the only tropical cafe I’ll go to the rest are terrible this is the ONLY one I recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Nice selection of smoothies, bowls and other healthy options. Good place for dietary restrictions. Service was a bit disorganized, but I'm sure they will figure out a system soon enough.

I have noticed shrinkflation here with the cups that tropical smoothie uses.

I was just in there and got a salad. I found multiple pieces of dark brown lettuce in my salad. I tried calling to get some resolution- no answer. I came on a quick lunch break so
Now I’m without lunch, spending money on a salad that I’m afraid will
Make me sick because I did eat some of it. I’m also pregnant so this is really
discouraging. The picture below is just a small portion of lettuce I pulled out because I really hoped it was just a few pieces but ended up being a bigger amount on the bottom. It’s hard to get a close up in bad lighting.

Haven't been here for a little while. Love the smoothies and absolutely love the veggie hummus wraps. They used to be large wraps, cut into two halves.... Tonight I paid $33 for two smoothies and two wraps, both of which were smaller than a half wrap, every other time I've ever eaten here. Still good but half of what I expected. Looks like it will be a lot longer before I visit again, if ever.

Went in there and they had people who were sick working behind the counters mentioned to the employee that they didn't look good and there response was they are afraid to lose there job for being sick I can't believe management would treat there employees like this would not recommend tropical until management starts treating there employees better

In short, customer service was great, food was great, and smoothie was 👍👍. The vibe was chill, and the place was clean 🧼 We got the chipotle chicken club and buffalo chicken wrap both with a side of corn . And we both got the Bahama Mama smoothie with white chocolate 😋

We went in on Sunday September 22nd in the afternoon and the girl serving us was absolutely rude and disrespectful . I believe customer service should be part of training because this is isn’t the first time this has happened with staff. Every time we have been in, there has been a lack of adult supervision/ management as all of the staff seem to be high school age. So disappointing as we love the smoothies but we will be finding another place!

Good smoothies but I wish they had a dedicated peanut-free blender for those with allergies. Most chain smoothie places have this as an option, so I was surprised when they just told me they just rinse the blenders to clean them after blending peanuts. There are a lot of smoothies with peanut butter so probably not the safest option if you have an allergy. I decided to risk it this time, but will probably stick to other smoothie places that have a peanut free blender as an option.
