They’re using AI of some sort to take the drive-through orders. It’s confusing, and then the human being who took the money and gave us. The order was not friendly at all. Plus, the fries were cold.

AI stinks, AI ordering stinks. I've lived near this Wendy's for all 32 of my stupid years on this planet, and there was nothing wrong with people doing people jobs. The ai has screwed up my order every time and there's no way to fix it until you get to the window. There's no freaking way that this is more efficient or less wasteful. The people who work here have always been nice and done their jobs well, I've had friends work here, like, if it ain't broke. Don't fix it.

I went through the drive through and had some trouble ordering because of the AI thing and then 30 minutes after eating my food I end up getting food poisoning and i feel like my food was made very rushed because they forgot the ketchup on my ketchup only cheeseburger some tips for the workers please wash your hands and make sure you are not doing anything that can cause cross contamination in food it is a very important thing when you are in the food industry some types of food poisoning can cause serious health issues to certain people and children so please be mindful and do better overall I am definitely not going back there

AI didn’t understand what I was trying to say and when I laughed and said “nah” it flagged it as “abuse” and the staff member refused to serve our car from the window which caused us to go elsewhere for dinner.

The AI in the drive thru shut off at the end of our order. It asked if we wanted a combo and we said no. Then the employee said we were “pranking the system” so we needed to drive through and reorder. So tired of AI ruining everything.
The food was fresh and served quickly. I liked that my order was accurate, and the fries were hot. The dining area could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was a good experience
