My husband got me a caramel frosty. It was melted ice cream with caramel on the bottom. Awful. We threw it away.

Medium lemonade No Ice looks like when you remove the lemonade. Cashier told me they'd have to dump out the whole lemonade when I asked for it to be fixed. If I wasn't so tired, I wouldn't have been guilted into keeping it.

Wendys was out of Ghost Pepper Ranch. Never said anything @ drivethrough until they handed me the food. Never would have ordered food if I knew before.
Horrible customer service- workers standing around gossiping. Me and another customer waited the counter and no one greeted us. The spicy chicken sandwich seemed lukewarm like it’s been sitting around.

Drive thru told us to come inside to order because the register wasn't working. I went in and waited at the counter to order. Every single employee in the place looked up at me, didn't acknowledge me, and basically ignored me. I asked for help, and no one responded. I finally left without getting any help. Customer service doesn't exist at this location. No customers at the counter, no customers in drive thru. Drive thru person just played with his phone the entire time.
