Horrible customer service- workers standing around gossiping. Me and another customer waited the counter and no one greeted us. The spicy chicken sandwich seemed lukewarm like it’s been sitting around.
My son and I went for Wendy’s Breakfast for a treat on my day off. Everything was delicious except one thing was very disappointing. Our French toast sticks were hard as rocks and obviously very old. Even if breakfast is almost over, they should make fresh food. The hard French toast sticks ruined what would have been a very good meal.
I had a messed up order a week ago, called the store, and the manager, i believe alisa, was very understanding and helpful. Prime example of a great worker. She took care of my messed up order personally and made it right. Shout out to alisa for her hard work and excellent customer service
