The food was fresh and served quickly. I liked that my order was accurate, and the fries were hot. The dining area could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was a good experience
I don't like talking to AI wendy's, I'm going to be going somewhere else next time when I talk to a human. The nice people who served me my food were awesome and they did a great job preparing it but I'm not into talking to robots. I'll never come back if that happens again I'll tell you that much. Higher humans or don't expect humans to come around much longer.
Horrible customer service- workers standing around gossiping. Me and another customer waited the counter and no one greeted us. The spicy chicken sandwich seemed lukewarm like it’s been sitting around.
