I ordered a frosty and didn't get it I realized after I left. I went back to get it and this middle aged heavy lady was real nasty before I even said anything.
Bread for buns are terrible. No taste to them and like eating paper.
Automated system keeps interrupting me. Display only works sometimes .

Drive thru lady is rude. Asked for extra onions and cheese she basically argued with me that it's in the chilli. Well lady I want it in the little black cups so I can put more in when I eat what's already in it. Ridicules how rude she was, I don’t need to be explaining why I want more cheese and onions. Just charge me and move on. Maybe the staff should be worried less about gossiping and more about doing their dam job.

Makes dine in orders to go and is rude to customers when they ask for a tray to eat on and the black women tried to prove me wrong and get a new receipt to show me my order is to go and then got the receipt and gave me a dirty look cause it said dine in!

Went through the drive through and ordered a double stack biggie bag, received 2 burgers and fries. Disappointed as I was looking forward to chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. Tried to call and complain but phone just rang and rang and nobody answered.

BRING BACK REAL TEA!! No longer serving real brewed tea :( one of the only places outside the South you can get one now gone. Gold Peak is a good brand in the bottles but this is a major disappointment bc it tastes gross from the fountain no matter how you mix it.

Other menu changes are exciting though 😋

Manager at the drive-thru is always nice with a smile I always come through to get breakfast and she's always very accommodating and I've never had a rude moment with her which I appreciate cuz I know it's so hard to be nice in the morning

I went through the drive-thru. Got a large soda and a four-piece french toast got all the way home and there was no syrup. Lucky. I went shopping yesterday and got syrup because I would be eating dry fresh toast. That's very sad

Automated ordering system doesn't get the order right. When you get to the window they just tell you a price without telling you what you ordered then when you ask about it the people working could care less that the order is not made right! Will not be back.

I was just there. The AI generated machine actually got my order correct... the humans inside forgot my fries and 2 medium frosties. I don't know how that possible, but there's always a first for everything. I won't be back to this location. Very disappointed.

Service at this location has vastly improved over the last few months for Lunch/Dinner visits, unsure about breakfast.

This is the 3rd time I have tried to get breakfast at this location, 8:07 am today. I double checked they open at 6am. Pull up to the drive thru no answer...wait 3-5min still now answer. If it was once maybe, but this is the 3rd time at this location. All different days all weekdays all right around 8am. I will not be returning.
