My family and I decided to go to Wendy's for dinner tonight. We ordered 3 large, Mills. Food is not fresh missing. A fry, missing a sandwich.. I didn't Really want to stop at Wendy's cause. Her normal restaurant was closed. This is exactly why we stopped eating it out. It cost $50 for a family of 3 to eat out. The food is cold not fresh. When I told them about the missing food? And handed the bag back to them. They had to check it. Turns out that they were missing the food. But yet all these fast food workers want twenty dollars an hour when they can't even get a order, right.

Pricing is outrageous! Got a happy meal and I could only get 4 nuggets and that was almost $7...kid is 8 so had to get a 4pc to go with. Over $10...horrible customer service also. Great reminder my we don't eat there anymore

I don't think I've ever felt the need to review a Wendy's poorly, but here we are. Their fries taste really bad ... I think the oil hasn't been changed out in a long time. The burger I got was pretty sad and pathetic compared to the image of what it was supposed to be.

I just drove by to buy some Daves Double and I specially asked that it only be with the cheese, tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise. When I got home I opened the bag to eat the hamburger and when I checked, it had ketchup. I don't like kepchut. It only cost $8.99 but one of the most annoying things is when you buy a hamburger and when you get home they don't give you what you ordered and what you paid for! I called to explain and ask for the money back and they told me no, that the only way was for me to drive there again and take the sandiwch to them. I went to Wendys precisely because I had little time. Obviously I didn't come back and I had to throw the sandwich in the trash and that's how I lost money and time and stayed hungry. I always went to Wendys but I will never go back to that place again. The person who answered the phone was not friendly at all. Next time I'll go to Five guys.

Great food today and Anthony was awesome!!! We needed help as we were having issues with the menu kiosk and he was kind, patient and friendly helping us. My brother was having a hard time deciding on his frosty flavor and Anthony was super helpful. This was truly the best customer service I have ever had at fast food restaurants and I have been to many in my 61 years.
