This is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited, and it's a shame because the customer service was great. But I did not pay over $20 for terrible food with a smile. My JBC looked so tasty, but once I bit into it I could taste the raw meat. My son ordered a Dave's single and got a large torn patty (see photos). There is another Wendy's about 2 miles east of this location. I would suggest going there instead.

This is probably the best Wendy's I've been too. The food was hot and delicious. Lots of people in the lobby. The entire staff were super friendly and Brianna at the counter even came out to check how the food was, i don't believe that she was a manager either. Little things like that, even at a fast food resteraunt, makes everyone's day better. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

AI messed up the order. Gave me onions and cheese in the chili, after I said No. Gave the wrong extras on the Spicy Chicken. Then the server did not give me my change or receipt. Very disappointed in Wendy's technology.

Really just came here to say that the older woman with red hair is incredibly rude. Like, wow. Been going to this location for about a year now and she's always in a bad mood. I get it, we have our bad days, but having just come from there about 10 mins ago I got curious about this location's reviews bc I absolutely knew they would be bad and that people would mentioned the older woman with red hair.. and sure enough, there's tons of reviews specifically about her.
I've never been rude to her. I always speak clearly and coherently.
It's not like my mind is blown that there are rude people out there but holy crap...
We all don't love our jobs but we shouldn't need to to have a semi-decent attitude. She should not be in a customer-facing position/role. her unwarranted rudeness is just uncalled for

Wow is all I have to say. And I'm writing a review now.
They had a drive thru line that wrapped around the building. I walk inside and the line seems similar to the one outside. Not only did I barely even have to wait for my food but it was correct (with my picky eating) nice and hot and Jesus even checked up on his customers after the rush cooled down. Very impressed and it was good enough to make me want to put in a good word for this hard working crew
