Really just came here to say that the older woman with red hair is incredibly rude. Like, wow. Been going to this location for about a year now and she's always in a bad mood. I get it, we have our bad days, but having just come from there about 10 mins ago I got curious about this location's reviews bc I absolutely knew they would be bad and that people would mentioned the older woman with red hair.. and sure enough, there's tons of reviews specifically about her.
I've never been rude to her. I always speak clearly and coherently.
It's not like my mind is blown that there are rude people out there but holy crap...
We all don't love our jobs but we shouldn't need to to have a semi-decent attitude. She should not be in a customer-facing position/role. her unwarranted rudeness is just uncalled for

Wow is all I have to say. And I'm writing a review now.
They had a drive thru line that wrapped around the building. I walk inside and the line seems similar to the one outside. Not only did I barely even have to wait for my food but it was correct (with my picky eating) nice and hot and Jesus even checked up on his customers after the rush cooled down. Very impressed and it was good enough to make me want to put in a good word for this hard working crew

Got a standard spicy chicken... it was dosed in disgusting red sauce that wasn't asked for or advertised...

Ultra slow, repeated bad experience at this location they prioritize drive through and ignore people inside. Took 25 mins to take one order from one person inside. After 30 min I received the wrong order and everything was stale and rock hard. Go elsewhere.
