This is directly related to restaurant quality but more towards sanitation. I was at King Soopers on Indiana by this Wendy’s. An employee was in store wearing his filthy apron from Wendy’s. I work in the restaurant business. It is against health department regulations to wear your apron out of kitchen much less outside to a store! I will NEVER eat at this Wendy’s and will let anyone I know not to as well!

This location has really become poor in quality and high in cost. On Friday 5/30/25, I ordered a grilled chicken wrap meal. When I went to eat it I noticed the chicken was dried out beyond what someone would/should eat. This would have been apparent when making the wrap. Additionally, when telling my son about this he told me he had bought a couple burgers from there the next day and got one with no meat.

I have never been so disrespected before in my god damn life. I ordered through the drive thru, got home and realized an item is missing. No big deal. I call and talk to the general manager. She immediately is combative, every time I ask a question she comes at me hot. When I try to speak she talks over me. Then because I was frustrated, my fiance talked to her only for her to do the same damn thing to him. We didn’t yell, we were frustrated that you kept talking over us and frankly, she was the one screaming at us. Not calling corporate because that does nothing so leaving this review. If you eat here, hope they give you all your items and you don’t have to deal with the general manager.

Hands down the worst Wendy’s we’ve ever been to. We’ve given this place multiple attempts at not making mistakes. Almost every time you go here through the drive-thru, they’ll place you in a parking spot. On multiple occasions, we’ve just cancelled our order and left empty handed. Avoid at all costs, drive a bit south to 64th and Indiana, it will be absolutely worth the extra distance.

This is a nice Wendy's location and the staff is really friendly. We prefer Wendy's over some of the other big chain burger stores mainly due to the quality of the food and ingredients.

I was given a fascinating bit of information at this location today. The biggie meal here is $7 and when I asked why not $5 like everywhere else nationwide (as stated on Wendy's website), I was told it was because this Wendy's is in a "high income area" with a higher tax bracket. That's an absolutely ridiculous reason if true. Even so, they're prices are objectively higher than any other one in the area, so, I'm gonna go ahead and stay away from this one.
Can the same be said for all other establishments in the area? Would love to know.

Drive-thru was quick and easy. Got home and realized I didn't get my burger! Mistakes happen, so I called them up and they said come on back and we'll make you another! By the time I got there they had my food ready to go! As I said, mistakes happen but the fact that they were sincerely sorry for the mistake and genuinely eager to correct it, made the experience more than okay in the end. Thanks for the great customer service!
