I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and they were both disgusting and old with over fried wilted potatoes(French fries) and rubbery chewy dried out eggs. This is what happens when young kids are left alone to run a business 🤮

This place has lost it. They don’t cut corners on their burgers but they will cut out having a host to serve you whatsoever. They make you enter an order on an iPad that won’t end up working or taking payment. Then they’ll say they are making their order and end up not. There’s 15 people constantly back in the back doing God knows what. I’d only try your luck in the drive thru don’t bother going in.

6 employees, zero customers inside and yet my chicken sandwich and fries took 10 minutes. When the order was up, the manager put the order on a tray, when it should have been takeout. After realizing this, he carefully put the food in a takeout bag and left 30% of the fries on the tray and then asked me if I wanted to eat them off of the tray. He also called me hun twice. I'm a 50-year-old father of two. The last thing I want to hear at a restaurant is some guy calling me hun. I won't be visiting this place ever again.

The basic cheeseburger ( which is all I can afford ) was a $1.50 more than it was at the next Wendy's I went to. I didn't even bother. I pulled out of line and instead I went to the super wonderful location on 64th where I got my burger for a dollar fifty less, it was done in 60 seconds and perfect.
Had a piece of plastic rolled up in my chicken sandwich. First time I’ve ever had plastic in my food before lol. 0/10, do not recommend.

Best Wendy's experience I've ever had. Jack, the manager, was very attentive and helpful.

Visiting from out of town and this location is the best Wendy’s I’ve had in 20 years. Went back 3 times and great every visit. Would give them 10 stars.

The night time manager, hes hispanic i believe, terrible customer service. Not only that but the fried chicken was old. I ordered a spicy. And the fries are cold. Whatever hes doing he isnt doing it right. The young girl working there plays on her phone all night and you can see the animosity in the other employees faces. Wouldnt eat here till i know this manager is no longer serving my food. Lead by example my dude. You are doing the exact opposite and letting your crew down. Get it together. He keeps walking out into the lobby and talking with an woman instead of helping his crew. Bringer her food and chit chatting while yelling at the employees to get back to work.
LJ, Ladia, and Tessa delivered outstanding customer service tonight! My kids were absolutely starving, and I noticed there were only 10 minutes left before closing. I felt bad walking in so close to the end of the shift—but from the moment we arrived, they greeted us with genuine smiles and warm energy that made us feel truly welcome, not like a last-minute hassle.
As someone who works in operations management, I know how rare it is to find a team that balances efficiency with hospitality this well—especially at the end of a long day. You’ve got a fantastic crew here, and it absolutely shows!

This is directly related to restaurant quality but more towards sanitation. I was at King Soopers on Indiana by this Wendy’s. An employee was in store wearing his filthy apron from Wendy’s. I work in the restaurant business. It is against health department regulations to wear your apron out of kitchen much less outside to a store! I will NEVER eat at this Wendy’s and will let anyone I know not to as well!
so SLOWWEWWWW
