Our first visit to Wing Stop in Arvada was very positive! The space was clean, and the staff was actually cleaning instead of looking at their phones like so many places you go today. The wings were great! We had the mild and I loved the flavor. And every wing was worthy, plump and juicy. We had their celery and carrots and they were fresh, cold and delicious. The staff was friendly!

Ordered off of Uber eats and got got……first of all the chicken sandwich was horrible, after biting into it, figured out that it isn’t chicken, must be some sort of other nasty meat that is hard to chew…..second of all, I asked for EXTRA seasoning on my fries and got fries with NO seasoning at all. Wondering if they even read the details of the order at all. This place sucks really bad, like REALLY bad, go somewhere else if you want quality food cause this place does not have it.

Absolutely terrible experience. I simply tried to cancel an order because it was going to the wrong address and was lied to by the manager that the order would be cancelled and that I would be refunded. I then get a confirmation message that the food is on the way to the wrong address. When I called to to ask why they didn’t cancel it, I was told by the manager “It’s your fault, you should’ve checked the address before you ordered!” Then she proceeded to hang up on me. I was still charged and received no food or compensation.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible experiences. If you order from here don’t expect to get all of the food you ordered, three different occasions I have not received my full order. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but three strikes and I’m done. My advice, go ANYWHERE else.
Excellent food and customer service, manager Valeria took good care of me and the food was delivered quickly, in the best wingstop I have visited.

The beautiful, smiling lady that took our order was wonderful and had a great sense.of humor. She suggested I try honey mustard sauce on my Louisiana wings and she was totally right - delicious!The only downer was the way the manager was speaking to the employees- totally rude and disrespectful.Everyone else deserves a raise! The manager lady needs to go - she brought the energy down.
