The food was good. Staff was pleasant. The entire restaurant needs a wipe down...the soda machine, tables (wiped it down myself-you're welcome). How bout ketchup for fries? Celery? Carrots? Trash can for trash? Utensils? Didn't ask for the order to go... Men's room that's 'Out Of Order' but all the male staff used it?

Everything’s very sticky there’s no trash cans the employees weren’t doing there job ,it was like no one was on the clock???? The music was good though and so was the food just everything’s very dirty and you can’t find anything you need to enjoy yourself like napkins ,trashcan,bathroom ,

The beautiful, smiling lady that took our order was wonderful and had a great sense.of humor. She suggested I try honey mustard sauce on my Louisiana wings and she was totally right - delicious!The only downer was the way the manager was speaking to the employees- totally rude and disrespectful.Everyone else deserves a raise! The manager lady needs to go - she brought the energy down.

I love this place. They are friendly and really know customer service. The only thing I don't like is when I ordered tender there was too much breading and it was not cooked all the way. The Fry's are so addicting. Other than that I wish I could go more.
Horrible customer service! I watched the cashier give a disgusting attitude to a young group of kids ordering food. The kids were very polite towards the rude gentleman. After they ordered, I was up. Being older, I figured the interaction would go a little differently. Nope, he continued to be short-tempered in the ordering process. He then snatched my debit card out of my hand. If I weren't actively working and representing my company, there would have been a few choice words from me due to this service. I will not be returning. If this were my franchise this gentleman would not be apart of any company of mine. Cashier- 5'8" spikey black hair and glasses.

Definitely will never order from here again. Asked for 20 bone in and sauce on side. I asked how many ramekins of sauce will come with the Wings, and also how many ranch and blue cheese comes with the 20 piece. Couldn’t tell me only was charging me $40 for a 20 piece& lg ff and my sauce and my blue cheese and ranch on the side.um wings 20 pieces $25 something and 4 something for the ff, shouldn’t my sauce and my ranch and blue cheese be free? not being charged $25 extra dollars. Will never come back to your shop..

Wings were gross. Not even a resemblance that they were fried. More like boiled. Zero crispness as you would want from wings.
Ordered online. Picked up an order and was informed they were out of ice tea, and they refused to give me a refund for my drink as I did not want soda.

Very awkward. Apparently I was early to pickup, which..-all you have to do is tell me...howeverrrr this is how it went: the workers went to check where the order was progress-wise, just laughed and they all looked at me and then one guy starts yelling to his coworkers saying if people think it's going to be ready that fast, if they want uncooked chicken!.. all while the guy I asked comes walking back laughing and I had to be the one to ask what was up? This is all right there by the counter- the assembly area is just 3 feet away.I didn't even wait that long for them to be ready, so I was obviously close to the time.. Either way, it's embarrassing that they were so immature and treat the customer like trash.

They’ve got decent wings for the price but I’m never ordering from here again due to watching an employee sneeze all over the wings and continue to serve them. I’ll go to a different location or kickin wings before trusting this location again with food safety. I’m not trying to eat anyone’s boogers with my dinner.

Don't go here at all! I ordered online, I showed up when they said the order should be ready, and there was a wait. When my food did come I was missing both orders of fries, 3 tenders and 16 wings. When I brought this up to the manager with spikey hair that wants to be Paulie D, he said he would remake the whole order. An hour and a half passes no one makes my food the manager leaves and when another employee says they'll make my food I proceed to see the whole restaurant get served before me and when the food is FINALLY made, these mouth breathing idiots still made the order wrong! I was missing all my tenders and fries. After all of that an employee finally refunded me and we left. We will never eat at a wingstop again and we will never go to this wingstop ever. Just plain awful. Every employee here should be fired and replaced.
