I go to ziggis quite often and the worst experience I’ve had I ordered a salted caramel blender and it came melted and had no caramel and the wait time was very long at the window I waited at least 10 minutes for them to go through the two people in front of me

They overly prioritize the drive thru so if you're a walk in expect to have your order delayed behind cars that arrive well after you placed your order.
Comfortable atmosphere with a mix of normal and high top tables which are awesome for laptop work. Also a couch but it's usually taken.

Decent spot for a caffeine fix. Staff was nice, but took them a while to acknowledge us when we entered, as they were busy in their own conversations. After our orders were filled, they then went off to lean on the counter and loiter in the kitchen area. Have never seen this at a coffee shop before. Even when there are no patrons, there is still work to be done... Asked to open the font shades as it was dark in the building due to being stormy outside, but they're only able to electronically open one of the four. The space itself is warehouse like and not very inviting, though there are tables with chairs and armchairs available. The burrito was OK, not amazing, and the latte was the perfect temperature, but not anything to write home about flavor wise.

Both times I have been here the service has been incredibly slow, as in wait 15 minutes for a drink slow when they aren’t busy. Maybe hire more people to work the mornings or train to speed up service times?

We came here in a Saturday morning. We were greeted right away. Our coffee was fresh and made well. We also had a Danish and a cinnamon roll, those could have been heated up a bit more. The store was clean and had plentiful seating. Breakfast sandwiches come prepackaged. It would be nice if that was made on site so adjustments to ingredients could be made.

They were short staffed and kept taking window order for free while I paid and waited and 30 minutes later my drinks still weren’t started. I had to go to work. Glad you got my money Ziggi but you’ll never have my business again. Communication and organization are still needed when short staffed.

I work at the construction site near by and everything I come in it's always a great experience; the food and drinks and staff working are always helpful at recommendations, and they make the drinks beautifully. I tell my coworkers they have to come by and check it out. It's my favorite spot in this area. Julia, Lilly, Kenzy, and Lindsey, are all great workers and work hard everytime I come in. One of if not the best coffee shop around.

Got coffee drive through. Didn't even get a chance to taste my coffee. Ill fitting lid with a cup filled to the brim splashed coffee all over my truck. Had to stop and throw my cup away before I was even a mile down the road
