Pretty pricey coffee shop to be honest. $4.50 is among the most expensive prices for plain black coffee I have ever seen.
And to be clear, this is somewhat weak and watery coffee and not high-end. I would put it about on par with Dunkin’ Donuts. The Pike Place being sold across the street is a much higher quality black coffee and Starbucks only charges about $3.50.
I placed an order online. I was waiting at the pickup window when the person working came and said twouldn't be able to help me for a while. I informed them i placed my order online. My order was not ready. It was almost 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up. It seems like they tried to get through everyone in the drive through before helping the window. When i finally got my drink it was cover in sticky stuff.
I do enjoy Ziggi's and it's one of my favorite coffee places. I order online almost exclusively and the only time I have problems is with ordering drinks. I don't like ice on my coffee or tea, so I select the option of no ice. Recently, every single time I do that, I have been getting ice in my drinks.
Other than that, I really enjoy this location.

I used to come here 2 or 3 times a weeks, but now this place has gone so downhill I never go here anymore, not only did the change the hours with no warnings this place is constantly understaffed (and I mean like every single time I come here they tell me they are understaffed) and I feel bad for the employees! The old employees who I used to see were very sweet, and knew my drink order and we often had conversations, now I come in and I’m greeted by rudeness and they barely try to start conversations. Not only that everytime I’ve come here since August my drink has tasted consistently diffrent every single time, and I always get the same drink. DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD DRINKS, they will be made wrong and the employees are so rude it’s not worth it anyways

Don’t go in the morning on the way to work. They have zero need to get people in and out on there morning commute. I waited 15 minutes just to get one coffee.

We came on a very busy Sunday when they appeared to be understaffed. Though we had to wait a bit, the staff were kind and trying their best even though people weren’t being kind to them. Ziggi’s has my favorite Chai of all the quick coffee places. Their breakfast burritos are tasty too!

I always have a good experience at this for drive-thru coffee. The staff are friendly and make great beverages. It is my go-to spot for coffee and breakfast treats. They have gluten-free options which is essential for me.

It was kinda hard to find the drive thru but the service was amazing. The staff was great.
Their coffee and chai are much better than a certain other chain. Their app and rewards program are great. Every location I've been to is quick and good customer service.
First time st Ziggi's. Really like the Chi better than starbucks

Great coffee and other drinks. Friendly service. Prices about standard.
They're always super nice and they always give me a chocolate covered espresso bean. The Colorado Mocha, while a little too sweet for my taste, is delicious!
Not only are the first four bites only folded tortilla but the size of the whole thing is absurdly small. Terrible value.
The coffee is good but look elsewhere for food unless you like to take it in the _____.
$7-8. for What sure does seem like a burrito off of a dollar menu.
Stopped by for a cup of coffee at the new place in town.
Love this Place, staff is always great with my little ones and drinks are so delicious!
