Under new management, this supermarket has poor customer service; you saw an employee stock chopsticks that already have thousands in stock; however, no employee was assigned to bag your groceries, no greeting, no thank you, careless, barely responding. My next trip will be to H-Mart.

My wife and I were in Aurora area so we decided to grab a few items from Pacific Ocean Marketplace. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot, we noticed the name has changed to Great Wall Marketplace. This market is so huge. Huge international food selections. Awesome meat department. This place is very organized and very clean. Big thumbs up for the cleanliness and huge selections. Let's talk about the customer service. It's the worst service ever! I walked up to one of the staff and asked him where a certain food item is and he doesn't speak English so he was not able to assist me. I asked another staff and it was the same results. Smh. The cashiers at this place are horrible! They don't acknowledge you, they don't say hi, and they don't say thank you after they hand you the receipt. Big thumbs down to the store manager for hiring unfriendly people and for not training employees to be friendly and professional.

Large international super market in Aurora, Colorado. Not the cleanest grocery store, but they do carry a diverse selection of groceries for many ethnicities especially Asian cultures. Prices are not too high considering we are in Colorado and not California.Too bad they do not have a good bakery inside this international supermarket. That was disappointing. Otherwise, POM is A-Okay.

As you may have heard, the three local branches of Pacific Ocean were bought out earlier this year by Great Wall Supermarket. The stores are currently in the in-between stage of transition, but you can still find all of your international favorites here, and then some! Do you need some Akamu (fermented Nigerian mixed-grain flour)? What about Mexican herbs, like Cola de Caballo (horsetail) or the mint relative Hierbabuena? Or a can of Jamaican Irish-moss drink? Beans from Naabeehó Bináhásdzo (the Navajo Nation)? These are just a few of the global delights awaiting you here. And of course, the market (under any name) still has a massive inventory of the Asian products it was previously known for. Jars of Mắm Cá Linh (preserved Vietnamese mud carp) compete with bottles of Téng Jiāo Yóu (Chinese rattan-pepper oil) and indeed Kimchi (Korean preserved vegetables). The snack aisles regale shoppers with the delights of Boy Bawang from the Philippines, Calbee from Japan, and the Thai branch of Lay's. And the ready-made section is still stuffed with buns and dumplings and puddings galore! So go scale Great Wall yourself, woncha?

This place just denied me of bringing in my baby , baby bag. It's just a baby bag. That just sounds so ridiculous that if my baby p*** himself I have to go to customer service to get the bag. I can never go back here.

I just had a huge disappointment because I bought 17 dollars in Malanga blaca , they call it Malanga Lila, tarot root. The thing is that I brought back the product claiming that is not good and do not smell right. The two people that were talking to me said that the product is good. I said the product is bad and is not good based in my experience because I use to play it crop it and even find it in the mountains. Trust me their Malanga and tarot is very low quality or the worst. They refused to reimburse my money telling me that the product came yesterday when is clear that the product is old and not good at all. Even smell bad. I want to tell them that they keept my money but I will not buy anything else there and If someone ask me I will tell them my bad experience. Stay away from their fresh produce section specially the Malanga tarot. The worst quality. Without mention the casava or yuca that is as bad as the second. Keep those dollars you just lost a loyal client. I bet he put back the other tarot that I did not cut. Is gross. And notice that some have some kind of fungus green color spots. They are greedy so they prefer to lose a client than give your money back. That miserable attitude that I hate in greedy and cheap people. Just go there and look at the produce and smell it. I don't know how the health department does not go to check. I should not even give it a star. The place stinks.

It is a mix Chinese supermarket, the place is large but needs organization for their product .The place is somewhat messy and the price is average, don't think is cheap. You may want to check another supermarket. The market started international but mainly Chinese and Mexico. The place is not clean I guess it wants to pair up with the theme " market "!I will not go back unless I pass by.Good luck
