everything is truly amazing! went back for another banh mi, this time grilled pork and of course it was good and had that great smoky taste. I also tried a side of fries and cream cheese wontons. basic fries but a side portion is a whole half container that they put the banh mi's in. the wontons are so light and the sweet and sour sauce that comes with it is a bit watery but makes me think of a watered down duck sauce? but with the creaminess of the cream cheese it works and it's really good! seriously cannot go wrong with anything here

Just stopped in for the first time at this place and the food is top notch. Wait was about 10 minutes which wasn't bad. The owner (I think it was) asked the couple behind us to close the main door as they were holding it open. Some might think this rude (he said it in a polite way) but to me it shows someone that cares about their food (flies and such). Really great pork sandwich... best I've ever had, and the fries were just right. Overall a great experience. ?

A friend of mine recommended this place to me and I'm so glad he did! It's become a go to place for a quick, delicious meal at a great price. Their Banh Mi are awesome! Their ingredients are super fresh which is always something I look for in a restaurant. I love that their fries are crisp yet moist. Their Thai tea is excellent and not overly sweet. They also have great spring rolls and egg rolls!

The tofu bahn mi here is perfection ?? a wonderful ?vegan option?, just omit the house-made mayo & 'black sauce' (I guess it has meat in it somehow)! ? The sandwiches are made fresh & you can tell care is put into quality ??, the big jalepenos, carrots & daikon with tofu tho OMG ?. Even tho there is no dining area, only seats to wait, I love the home-feel inside their little lobby with pieces of the culture on proud display. The couple who own this spot are friendly & welcoming, great prices too! My go-to Bahn Mi spot hands down. They are kiddy-corner to Dollar Tree in the plaza, stop in sometime!

Really tasty banh mi! Nothing fancy, but delicious food. No dine in..take out only. I got the spicy smoked pork and it was a great twist on the traditional. This is a hole in the wall in the best sense. Highly recommend.

I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to Vietnamese food and I haven't been blown away by much of anything in the Denver area. With that said, 5280 Banh Mi is giving me hope. Their pork is SO delicious and the egg rolls? Omg. PERFECTION! They are not too fishy, the filling is delicious and the outside was crispy perfection. I had a favorite place in Haltom, TX that specialized in egg rolls. You could buy a few or you could buy a 100. I could eat put away several of the egg rolls from 5280 Banh Mi if given the chance. I can't wait to go back and if you have an appreciation for Vietnamese food, you can't let this place pass you by!

It's a little out of my way - a 30 minute drive but I will definitely return. It's a small mom and pop shop but don't let the looks fool you! So good.
If you are in the area go here! Run don't walk! The Bahn mi here is tastefully authentic! A local area treasure. The owners are sweethearts and they are always happy to serve. I love how busy they are, they truly deserve all the business! One of my favorite small businesses to support whenever I'm in the area.

If there was a magic bottle I could rub to get one wish it would be to have this place closer to my house. I was out grabbing something for father’s day and stopped my this place since it had such good reviews. My expectations were exceeded for such a good price ($6) I got a nice big sandwhich with delicious pork, vegetables, and sauce. It was such a perfect little sandwhich I’d buy one every single day if the drive wasn’t so far. This place is maybe my new favorite restaurant in Colorado, you can’t get that kind of flavor for that price anywhere else. Show me another restaurant in Colorado with exceptional, large, and healthy sandwiches for only $6. Oh and with top tier service, I mean the lady working cashier was so nice to my mother and myself. You gotta stop by here, make the drive if you have to. SOOOO GOOD!

First time in today and I was quite pleased. There's not much room for dining in but everything is clean and well kept. We ordered the combo and brisket sandwiches. My combo was satisfying and had some staples such as pork roll, char siu and even pate. The bread was perfect and the balance of rich flavors were good. I had a bite of the brisket sandwich as well. The meat was extremely aromatic with anise/cinnamon and super tender. Go support these folks.

I had the Spicy Smoked Pork sandwich recommended by Steve. This is a gem of a sandwich shop. Tasty but not overdone. The meat was perfectly smoked. I will put this on my regular lunch list. Decent price makes it even better. 2 sandwiches for 13 bucks!

Oh my goodness!! First time having Banh Mi and boy did they knock it out of the ballpark! Absolute delish! Everything was fresh! I think they even make their own buns. I definitely recommend! The price was right on point too! I will definitely be making this a regular option for when we eat out.
